More pages than competing notebooks
I use these for work, I am a social worker and need something unobtrusive but reliable when I am out in the field or on home visits. They have way more pages than the other notebooks you can find on Amazon and that's why these are my choice. They're also not so big or bulky that I could carry two with me if I needed to. My last one I was able to use from April '22 to February '23, and that's with writing multiple pages every day. I buy the unlined blank version because I can write more on a page without the lines, or draw diagrams if I need to. On my last one the binding began to fray a little bit toward the end but it was definitely still useable, just the spine was exposed a bit at the bottom. I could have taped over it if it bothered me (I like the suggestion another reviewer made about distinguishing between them with decorative tape on the spine). I use a Pilot gel pen and the ink does not bleed, it also usually absorbs fast enough that I am not smudging it by the time my hand gets to the next line. I just bought two more of the blank version because it was out of stock for a while and I want to make sure I have these for when my current one is done. I don't really use the folded pocket in the back cover but it seems convenient enough. If they wanted to add anything I'd say another ribbon marker might be useful.

Just right journal
On the advice of my doctor I write down everything I eat to manage my weight loss. So far I have lost 115 pounds! It makes a difference and I bring it with me on trips and to my doctor visits. I also keep track of my steps and blood sugar. The book is big enough to be practical and small enough to be portable. The elastic band holds it shut very well with a pen inside as well as a ribbon to hold my place. I bought another one to track my violin practice.

A surprisingly nice journal for the pricepoint
Our company Laser-Tronics San Marcos CA did custom laser engraving on these journals. The customer's logo engraved well and we were thrilled with the outcome. Very subtle and tasteful result for a men's group. The customer drop shipped the items to our shop and we shipped the completed items back to them. This seems to be a good quality journal for the price.

Great, but not my favorite
I really like this notebook; however, if you are a 'pen snob' like I am who lives to use rollerball pens, you will find the Vanpad brand has a paper which works a little better. I also like the ever so slightly wider margin and oddly fewer pages in the other one. Finally - Amazon only comes in black and costs more than the color variety from Vanpad.

Basic notebook
It’s pretty much what I was looking for. Smooth pages to write on and comes with place holder that’s really useful.

Purse Size Journal (large purse)
Great for traveling to meetings, sturdy.

Bought on sale $1.71 each.
Sale price was excellent value for money. Quality of paper much higher than expected for such a low sale price vof under two dollars. Like bookmark ribbon, elastice closure and back pocket.

Good value
I use these for my own version of bullet journals. I customize pages for my purposes and the grid makes it easy to mark out areas. For me each journal has space for over a year and some covers have split before then - cover the spine with a decorative duct tape and that makes it easy to tell them apart. The paper is strong enough for ballpoint, gel, Stabilo type markers. It isn't thick and depending on the ink it might show through. The signatures are very secure, pages don't come loose and they open fairly flat. This isn't a journal for the ages, but it's fine for the right purpose.

For bullet journaling
For context, I am a regular bullet journaler and have been doing it since 2016. The size is perfect and you can fit in 31 days with 31boxes and about 6-7 boxes left in the columns to write yourself a pretty header. It's great but it doesn't have a pen elastic. And the second issue is, if you've been at this for a while, you'd know of the Tombow Fedunosuke pens. THAT LEAKS THROUGH THESE PAPERS. Which is genuinely such a disappointment. Brush lettering won't work that great in this diary. Also, Crayola Supertips leak through as well. So I'd suggest you look for a diary in the shops around you because at this point of time, I've been looking for some better alternative but haven't gotten any on Amazon. If you're someone who'd use regular writing tools and a little bit of pencil colours, you'll be good with this journal. If you're a heavy bujo decorator, you'll be sacrificing quality of the paper. Amazon could do better at this price point.

Very poor quality notepad
Very poor quality. I started using this notepad from 1st April 2018 and used it sparingly only for the client meetings. But only after 2.5 months, the binder started tearing off. Very poor quality but I'm still taking it to client meetings and tell my clients see what kind of quality Amazon is selling these days and that too under its own brand name.

A bit disappointing for the price
I'm a self-confessed stationery hoarder with a particular penchant for a nice notebook. This is an ok notebook but definitely not worth the £9.60 price I paid. The back inside pocket and ribbon marker are nice handy features. The cover and paper quality is ok, maybe a little on the thin side. You can definitely see your writing (biro ink) through the paper. I would give 2.5 stars because: Comparison - I get the impression it's intended to be like a Moleskin notebook but slightly cheaper. The quality and overall feel are not comparable; the materials and the way it's been glued and bound feel lower quality. Price - I would pay around £4 or £5 for a product like this, easily found in stationery shops. Condition - Good/ok condition but not perfect despite a huge amount of cardboard packaging - there are a few tiny scratches/scuffs on the cover and slightly bashed paper inside that must have happened before it was packaged. Wouldn't bother me if price was more reasonable. Size - it is described as 'large' despite being slightly narrower than A5. I found it difficult to gauge the size from the description. My picture shows the notebook against A4 and A5 white printer paper. Overall it's nice but not a high enough quality item for the price. I would either go much cheaper for something basic or just bite the bullet and get a Moleskin or similar if you're after something with a high quality feel. This one doesn't do it for me and I probably won't buy again unless the price comes down.

Really Like The Squared Version
The media could not be loaded. I really rather like this, I've gone with the squared version, the page quality is high, the package itself is really nice, with the elasticated strap, book mark and the textured vinyl wrap keeping the whole thing together. A notebook is always an event for me, and comparing it with my daily driver this is certainly a higher quality item, so this for me would be for long term notes, like a project or journal, not a day-to-day jotter pad at all, this is a keep-sake style thing for long term important note keeping.

Its small. Not large
When looking for an a4 book and it says large etc this ia definitely not large. This should Not come up on my views when looking for a4. Books way to small and not what i wanted.
