it is like a candle but solar.

I have not left this one on nonstop to see how long it would last after a full charge. But so far it lasted for over 14 hours. this just what I needed to give a little as to not to run into my walls in the middle of the night in my remote cabin. first press of the button and the light comes on, acting like a candle with a bit of a flicker. second push and it is steady yellow light that is not bright but equal to a good candle.

Components came unglued after 4 years in a sunny window

I've really enjoyed this little lantern. On the positive side, I like the amber led light at night, and it seems to hold a charge for a good while. It's also quite portable and packable. On the downside, I have a cabin in the woods where I've kept one charging in a window that gets direct sun when it's not cloudy outside. I'm sad to say that after four years of storing it in the window, the internal components have come unglued, separated into multiple sections and are loose inside the inflatable diffuser shell. There's now no way to access the power button because it's rattling around inside the bubble. If it were not for this experience, I'm sure I could have gotten a lot more use out of it.

Perfect for backpacking!

This works so well for camping, especially backpacking. Very lightweight and packable, is easy to inflate and super bright. It’s a popular gift option as well.

Small but Light ~

As soon as I got it, I checked it out. I turned off all the lights to see how bright it was, and it lit up my room nicely. I was able to see, and with the top strap, it’s easily portable. Its very handy and practical, and fits in my ICE bag.

Easy to Chargr

I love these inflatable solar lamps. They are a great gift for children and adults. I’ve have one of these lamps since 2017, and it still works! I give it a thumbs up. ????????

Strange flame flicker

I anticipate this will provide the soft warm amber light i wanted in the evening if reading or watching a movie in my travel trailer. Unfortunately, the one setting for a flame flicker was very strange...like a recorded loop of several flickers and then super fast strobe, repeat. Won't use that setting so minus one star. I did not find it difficult to inflate or close. Product packaging was not secure and made me wonder if it had previously been opened and returned, but it is possible the adhesive holding that part together just failed.

Not Easy to Inflate.

this great little LED lamp has 3 modes of lighting including a simulated candle. It stays on all night and charges easily in the car while driving. What left it at 4 stars is the fact that it has a pinch valve in the filler tube which is small and hard to breach for inflating. You need to bite down on the fill tube to inflate and it is awkward and difficult. Once it's inflated, your good to go for the night.

Nice warm light

Brought two of these camping and they lasted hours into the night. I’m not sure how long they last because after about 5 hours, I turned them off to go to bed. I felt like I could depend on them for longer if needed. I also enjoy that there are different features such as the candle flicker and the bright and dim options, and that the bright option was bright enough to point the lanterns as if they were flashlights.

Another Luci light to love

I love my Luci lights! We have two sets of the string lights and several of the original inflatable lights. I mostly use them for camp, but I purchased the Luci Candle for my home. As expected, I love it. Has a very realistic flicker, and much safer and easier alternative to real candles or the battery operated ones. Just have to remember to flip the panel towards the sun in the morning so it can charge. I will definitely purchase more of these for gifts.

it’s only solar power, i expected USB as well

it’s only solar powered. i’ve seen this company make other products with USB charging which a much better. I find solar-power only useless. I returned this item but was very excited about a candle soft-glow option. will keep my eyes open for one with USB

Not for the Australian sun

The product itself was good while it lasted. It produced a gentle glow just like a candle would. However, recharging it under intense sunlight during summer time in Australia will crack the casing as seen in the photo.

We use these every. single. night.

We were looking for a light to use at bedtime that was as warm/orange as possible and this was it! I love that there are 3 settings to choose from (flickering, low, and high) and they've been great for traveling/camping. We've also been REALLY glad to have these during power outages.| We've used these every single night for the past 2 years for reading bedtime stories with our son. We originally bought 3 and have recently had to replace them as we'd worn them out from the daily use in our house. Despite having to replace them (with admittedly heavy use), we highly recommend them!
