Hard to get a good tight fit
This was super quick to install, and I thought it was going to be perfect. But like others have said, it remains loose when attaching to the handlebars, and I've tried it a few ways on my bike including using a spacer. I pulled the tab tight with pliers, and it's OK, but I was afraid to break it, so it's not great. It does sit better on the handlebar wrapping. One thing that I saw as a problem in other reviews was that once installed, folks couldn't pull the tab back out to readjust (kind of like a zip tie). But I quickly found that all you have to do is hold the bell ringer down, and it releases right back out so you can start over. The sound is louder than my previous bell, and people will hear you when you ring it. But I dropped a star because it doesn't fit tightly without tweeks.

quick secure install possible on a variety of support conditions, good for motorcyle
Got this for a motorcycle. Strapped to handlebar (not round bars, still very secure install). Great for close quarters audible alert to drivers, pedestrians, bicycles. Nice to have an option besides horn or revving. Or yelling...

Awesome bell.
Update04/17/18: New bike, new bell. Now on my 3rd one and still happy with it's performance. Update 10/03/17: OK, just realized that the zip end of the strap is actually large enough to be released. I'm now actually upset there isn't any info on this. I am gonna raise it up from to 5 stars and change the headline from *zip tie strap sucks". This is now the best bell I've owned. Update 08/27/17: So I just purchased my second bell as I sold my last bike and could not remove the mirrycle bell that was on it due to the aforementioned issue with the zip tie mount. I did try a different bell (A weird bullet shaped "trigger bell") which I could not position anywhere other than on the drops of my handlebars. The bell was useless if I was on the hoods or tops. Either way I came back and bought another Mirrycle bell despite my tiny issue with it. Still a great bell and better than many out there. Finally put it on my bike yesterday and made use of it today. Works well at alerting pedestrians on shared sidewalks, but wouldn't do anything for cars(not that I expected it to). It gets minus 1 star because the mounting mechanism is basically a fat zip tie. If I ever need to dismount or change the position of the bell I would probably have to cut the tie leaving it useless after. That's something they definitely need to work on.

Very adjustable
I’ve tried a few bells from Amazon and this one works very well. It attaches very easily and I love how the bell swivels so I can place the thumb actuator where I need it. I installed it just under the brifter of my road bike and can easily ring it when riding in the hoods. The “ding” can be heard by most people from about 25m away. I see some people have left negative reviews complaining it can’t be removed, but it actually removes quite easily if you use a screwdriver or needle nose pliers. I only knocked one star from the review due to it not being as secured if mounted and removed to install on a different bike. So far it’s held up great and will continue to use it for riding on mixed use paths.

Great Little Bell
I have used this on my Road Bike for about four years and bought a second to mount on my Gravel Bike. It is plenty loud and I have received many thanks from runners, walkers, and bikers I pass on riding paths. This is so much better that shouting. The rubber pad on the zip tie holds the bell in place - mine is positioned behind the bars next to the stem (low drag) and has stayed in place. Read the instructions inside the folded cardboard package. I have removed it a few times without problems to wrap the bars. Nice mount, good sound (though new one has a higher pitch), good price.

It fits thick handlebars but don't over tighten
After returning another bell that was supposed to fit my handlebars, I was pleased that this bell fit! I have extra thick handlebars (31.8) which are wrapped, plus the brake cable is wrapped inside so there is a lot of thickness. Plus it doesn't take up a lot of space - I have quite a few gizmos mounted on my handlebars (light, gps/phone mount, now the bell). As I installed it, it first made a lovely ringing sound. But I wanted to make sure it was tight enough and I pulled it one more notch with a pliers. Now it makes a dull 'boing' noise that is not as loud as the bell noise. There was no warning not to over tighten; in fact the directions did recommend a pliers to make it tighter. I may have to cut off the strap and replace it with a wire tie, being careful not to over tighten, but I am going to ride with it for a while and see if it loosens up and rings normally again.

great bell but the fastener could be better.
Got a case of the "droopy bell". Unlike other bells the mounting system on this one is meant to be mostly permanent. The zip tie fastener is not designed to be removed easily from the handlebar, so plan on getting one for each bike. Do yourself a favor by wrapping a piece of old innertube between the bar and bell to help get a really tight cinch and prevent the bell from spinning on the bar after the plastic stretches. You won't be able to tighten it enough to grip without that. Great Bell but poor design on the fastener especially when compared to other products.

Beware, is a zip tie type strap.
Has decent Bing sound and pretty easy to use, but like others mention, hard to tighten enough so slips around bar. Before putting it on I checked to see how to use the strap and if working properly. As zip tie type attachment I couldn't get it open again! Finally I did using a knife to push down the clasping mechanism. Strap still intact but looks like could break easily.

Funcional
The media could not be loaded.
