Awesome pet grooming tool for yorkies

This was a great purchase overall. We have a Yorkie puppy and the handle makes it so easy to use. It’s small enough that it does not intimidate our puppy. It’s easy to clean too. I have the straight comb which is useful as well but the handle on this one allows me better control and ease when grooming around her face. Love it! Great price too!

Perfect for Puppies

This brush is excellent for my yorkie puppy. His hair is getting longer and was starting to get matted. This is such a lifesaver and is the perfect size to get everywhere especially around his face and legs. The tangles easily brush out with this, and the two sides/sizes work well. Better than other brushes I tried. I also appreciate that it is not plastic. Highly recommend!

Bad comb teeth

Cute Comb, TINY go find a normal size metal dog comb

Wooden handle is very classy. Size is ridiculously small, major waste of time brushing a million tiny strokes. It was cute for a week now I'm back to buy a normal metal dog/cat comb.

Versitile Comb

This is a versitile comb for small breeds. I use the small side to comb around the face and the large side as a detangler.

Ideal

This tiny brush is so easy to maneuver with my little wiggly worm of a Pomsky. I can work around his face and other sensitive areas without fear of hurting him. I highly recommend this for a double coated dog.

Metal tines on flea side fall out

Loved the detangling with ease but the fine side lost 1/3 of the bristles/tines within a month. I have contacted Burts Bees customer service and they said they would send a replacement....that was 3 months ago and still no replacement.

Disappointed

Although we like Burt Bee products, this little comb did not hold up to the name - after one use and a bit of tugging on our dog's knots, the metal comb was bending . This is disappointing given that another brand we use, did not bend for years. We just thought to purchase this comb to try out Burts Bee. It looks great, feel ok but doesn't seem to hold up to some simple tugging of knots. Too bad. We would return but not worth the hassle.

Poor quality and terrible customer service

The teeth started falling out of this comb the second time I used it. I sent an email to the company. I received an automated response saying someone would contact me within 24 hours. It’s been a month now. Very poor customer service. I even waited to do this review hoping that they would reach out and fix this issue.

Solid build

I have a Coton de Tuléar/Havanese dog about 20 pounds, BEST investment we've made so far for him!!! One side is good for combing crusties out of his mustache, the other for ears face and tail combing keeping him tangle feel.
