Painted ones will lose paint after a while, love the stainless steel one
I have both a stainless steel and colored one of these. The colored one is losing some paint on the bottom and getting a few scratches from a bicycle holder, but the stainless steel one is holding up like a tank. Love the removeable top and the size. My current favorite water bottle.

Perfect for what I need it for.
I research products deeply before purchases, well most of the time at least. I read up on all sorts of water bottles for various features but mainly kept my requirements in mind: No sweating, insulated, 24+ oz in size and could still fit under the water/ice dispenser at work. I had a large plastic bottle before (34 oz) but it would sweat like crazy and I got tired of bringing napkins with me to meetings and to have to use them as costers there and at my desk. Solving that problem and having a bottle that would keep my water colder longer made getting an insulated bottle a no-brainer. Some other bottles I was interested in didn't make the cut on size alone - they were too tall. I needed them to be about 9.5" at its tallest and for this size a lot of bottles still want to fit in your car's cup holder so they compensate by making them quite tall. As I don't care about fitting in my car's cup holder I wasn't concerned about width (incidentially, I actually do have a cup holder that will fit these, but it's particularly wider than most cars would have). The dimensions on the 750ml/25oz bottle say 10" high, but that's with the large cap on. Remove it and you'll have another 1-1/4 inches (approx.) to work with - well below what I required. This bottle does not sweat at all, and it keeps my water cold for a very long time. Actually I was surprised becase I had to get used to putting barely any ice into it - it kept it so cold that I'd end up with a lot of ice that would take forever to melt. After a couple days of "practice" I got it down. Even with top (smaller) cap off, it keeps the water quite cold for a couple of hours. With the cap on it would keep the ice in tact for a full 8-hour shift. I had the opportunity to test it with hot liquids as well. As I will be having surgery soon that will require me to be on a liquid diet for close to a month, I wanted to see how this bottle fared. I made broth and brought it to work. I put it into the bottle hot, closed it up and didn't open it again until around noon (a good 4.5-5 hours later) - it was just about as hot still as when I had put it in. The outside of the bottle was pretty warm to the touch, but not hot at all. Also, a single normal hand washing proved to be good enough to go back to using my bottle with water without any taste issues. I'm very happy with this product. Happy enough, in fact, that I'm ordering 4 more today so I have a set to work with my diet after the surgery. I'll bring a hot (broth, soup, tea, whatever) and a cold (generally a protein drink) wiht me to work every day. A couple things to add: 1) The stainless steel screen on the inside does its job in keeping ice from making it to your mouth when you drink, but it does dislodge sometimes. No big deal - you can put your finger down the spout and put it back into place easily - or really just skip it because even dislodged it can still stop most if not all of the ice. Would be nice if it stayed in place more consistently, but it's relaly not much of a bother. 2) I wash mine out with a brush, but the thinksport product web site says you can put them into the dishwasher as long as you remove the cap and the strap first. I can't imagine removing the strap from the neck of the bottle wihtout risking damaging it - it's a storng plastic, not an elastic rubber. Using the dishwasher would be nice, but really since it's stainless steel it's very easy to wash. I highly recommend this product as long as it meets the basic requirements you have for size.

Still ICE COLD after a day on the beach!
I spent about a month looking into good, healthy, easy-to-clean, stainless steel water bottles. My original purpose was to bring water/juice to work, but after being invited to a wedding on the US Virgin Islands, I modified my search to only insulated stainless steel water bottles. While you'd think that the market is small, with few distributors, I found more choices than I had anticipated. I ended up buying three different bottles -- the Thinksport (750ml), PureHydration (750ml), and CamelBak (500ml). So I can provide my feedback on all three since I took all of them on my trip and tried them all out. After purchasing them a month ago, I am still using them daily to lug beverages to work. Stainless steel is awesome and I don't have to worry about my drinks getting warm after sitting in my bag, on my desk, or in my car all day! Thinksport: The body is slightly larger than the other two. Neither 750ml bottle will fit into a standard car cup holder. (I've read that the smaller sizes may, though.) I didn't see this as a problem for me since I was carrying the bottles in backpacks and by hand. I think that because the bottle is slightly larger (probably more air insulation), the Thinksport kept my beverages the coldest. After a day on the beach (warmer than 90oF), in the sun, after more than 12hrs my water was still ice cold! I did not fill the container with ice beforehand, but I did include about 30% ice from the start of the day. This (to me) is amazing! PureHydration: Thinksport is very similar to PureHydration. There are two design differences: #1 - Thinksport has a bulkier body that keeps the contents cold (or hot - depending on what you put inside) and #2 - PureHydration has divets along the side of the cap to aid in twisting on/off. One of my friends found that to be a big pro since the caps can be slippery when wet. The main pro that I found with this bottle was that it came with two different strainers. While the Thinksport came with only the "tea strainer" (i.e. mesh), the PureHydration came with a "tea strainer" and "ice strainer." The difference: thin mesh vs. thicker strainer. The tea strainer works fine with ice, too. I haven't actually made tea (or any hot beverages) in any of the bottles, but it's nice to know that I can. And I certainly will try it out next fall (and update this review)! Personally, I do not think that PureHydration is worth the extra cost since it is so similar to Thinksport (which is cheaper and has free shipping). CamelBak: This one is a little bit different from the two others. I like it. I like that there is a straw and I like that it seems very durable. The bottle itself is actually very durable! I got into an ATV accident with the bottle strapped to the front. After rolling twice through brush/small trees, the bottle was not harmed (a little scratched). I had read a review earlier that the stainless steel bottles can crack when they are dropped, and this is clearly not the case with the CamelBak! I should also say that I've dropped the other two bottles on wood and ceramic floors without damaging the floors or bottles. I didn't do it on purpose -- I'm just a little clumsy. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend since it is convenient to have the straw feature, and it slips nicely into backpacks.

Keeps water cold for a full day and more.
Keeps water very cold for 24 hours plus. Filter also prevents ice from blocking spout. The separate mouth piece from the water fill works well. Second skin makes good for no condensation. Robust handle is very useful when travelling

Thinksport
Nice look and keeps the water ICE cold, have to say its a little bulky however it does the job, could do with making one that holds more.

Love the quality .
You can tell this is a well put together product as soon as you touch it, and a beautiful colour too. Only “negative” is that it’s a bit bigger than I expected (bought for my daughter going to kindergarten). I don’t fill it all the way to keep it lighter in her backpack. I’m sure it’ll last her for years to come making it well worth the price.
