I purchased the Anted Prizm 120 ARGB 5 fan pack with controller module. This kit is compatible with many manufacturer LED controllers/programming standards. In my case, I am using an ASUS mobo which uses the 'Aura' environment. Fans/LEDs The fans were easy and straighforward to mount in my case. The LED rings are bright, and the colors match across the other non Antec components in my system, from my LED RAM modules to the built in lighting on the motherboard itself. You'll be pleased at how these look. The fans are quiet, but move adequate air. In this particular build, I'm also using an All-In-One water cooling module and radiator, venting from inside to outside, so it's important that I push cold air into the system. These fans not only conform to the 'Aura' LED programming standard, but the controller module is capable of taking RPM programming input from a Pulsed Wave Modulation output pin. Essentially, your fan speed is dynamically controlled based on the temperature sensors on your CPU. As your CPU gets hotter, the fans speed up, and as the core temp drops, the fans slow down. In all honesty, I had to manually set the fans to run at full speed, in order to see how loud they were, because my CPU never got hot enough for these to ramp up. That said, I could hear the system from across the room, but I have the system in a very echoic room...linoleum floors, not much furniture to absorb the sound. Fan noise is not something that bothers me, as I'm a system engineer by profession, so essentially, even if it's there I don't really hear it. If you're building a system for audio or video production, however, you'll want to make sure you build your system accordingly...large 240 mm fans running at low RPM, and/or water cooling as I've done. Even with water cooling, though, you'll need ambient airflow in your case, and these bad boys will certainly do the trick, and will look fantastic while they're doing it. Controller Module The controller module is slim enough to mount in the cable management section of your case, but if you can't find the room, it's all black and fairly small, so it won't be the showcase of your build. The instructions were a little opaque, but once you spend some time looking back and forth between your mobo manual and the module instructions, things are easy enough to install in the right place. The nice thing is, you don't run any risk of frying anything if you connect the headers to the wrong pins, so you shouldn't worry too much. The one thing you should know going into this is that due to how the control module works, you won't be able to individually program the fans...the same signal and programming gets distributed to all the fans attached to the module. If you want to be able to program fan speeds or LED effects separately, you'll need multiple control modules. That said, I'm more concerned with how the system performs under load than I am having a light show in my case. Accessories The kit came with a double sided foam adhesive square for mounting the control module, and more than long enough cables for a mid-tower sized case. You'll want to get your own zip ties or velcro strips to tie up the wires, but unless you're doing your first build, you'll likely already understand this. Summary The fans move plenty of air, they don't rattle and shake the case to pieces when they are ramped up, and while you can definitely hear them, it's mostly the rushing air you hear, not the fan motors. This noise factor can easily be mitigated by buying larger fans, or by adding water cooling. The LED aspect of the fans matches color well, is nice and bright, and the fans are all controlled and synced by plugging them in to the included controller module. The module supports many industry LED standards, and is compatible with PWM headers on your motherboard. All in all, I consider this a fantastic product at this price point, and I am absolutely happy with it in my build. Unless you have unique requirements, you shouldn't bat an eyelid at buying this kit.

Great value. Poor setup.
So let me say off the bat that I really like the build of these fans. They feel heavy and there's a lot of bulk to them and they easily lowered my computer temperatures by 10°. The only negative I have is the RGB. My case doesn't have any sort of button that lets me control the RGB and the RGB controller that comes with the pack is nice but it doesn't turn on when the computer turns on. Meaning you can't get the motherboard to control it. I've tried different things I've tried reinstalling Windows I've tried downgrading windows I've tried different rainbow slots. The fans work when you press the button on the controller just fine but the problem with that is that it's inside the case where I don't want the case to be open. So anytime I want to actually use the product to see my build light up I have to open my case and press the button manually. Now the instructions said to hold the button for 5 seconds to sync with the motherboard, but there was no sinking and now the motherboard RGB won't light up so I'm at a complete loss as to what happened and quite frankly it's a little annoying. While RGB does look really good when done right, and these fans do it right, I should not have to go through these many steps just to make it happen. The sale price alone along with the fan upgrade is worth three stars but the product not working and even messing up my motherboard RGB subtracts two which makes it only a three star review instead of a five.

Great set of RGB fans with standard connections although Remote would make it even better
I purchased the 5 pack recently as they are "MSI" board friendly. Tried a competitor prior, which advertised fans were compatible with my MSI Z590 but, in fact, were not. Check your MOBO website to ensure compatibility. They are quiet enough and give off vibrant light. They have standard 3 pin(ARGB) and 4 pin(PWM) connectors which I favor. Easy connect to the included Controller. The LED connector was a bonus and will attach to your case "Led" or "Restart" switch to give some extra lighting options. I took off a star only for the lack of a Remote although I was aware prior to purchase. That would certainly impact the price a bit but would make the kit complete IMO. Happy with my purchase

Best bang for your buck
Fans are pleasant to the eyes and are relatively quiet. Fan controller is a bit cheap, but for $60 you can’t beat it.

Seem good
They installed fine and I really like that they come with a hub that can provide power to all of them. I really wish there was some remote button I could put outside the case to change the color and color changing speed more easily, but for the price that is asking a lot. They are quiet individually, but when you add four to one machine, they sound more like an old school desktop. They isn’t the fault of the fans as they are good on their own. We put in four and that is by nature going to increase the sound level. Son loves all of the patterns and speed settings. Was a great Christmas present to put into the computer he designed and we build this fall.

Bad batch?
These are well made fans, they have great static pressure, and the lighting is not bad.....but, the motor noise was terrible. I have seen some reviews say they are silent and one or two mention the same issue I heard (low clicking sound) I also find it odd that I had 3 packs and all of them did this. I ran them from the hub and from the motherboard just to check, but the motor noise was the same. I even tried pwm and dc with no change. It might be a change in how they are made? a bad batch? I am not sure. It's a shame I had to return them as they ticked many boxes for me.

Really annoying to listen to if you dont have a headset on
fans look nice move air well are well packaged and easy to install. although you do get a nest of cables to deal with. the lighting effects are varied even with just the hub pre set effects my issue is the noise. theres a buzzing style motor noise at low fan speeds and they just get loud at higher speeds. have them set to 50% max because I cant stand them any higher. had corsair AF and SP previously they were very quiet fans. only bought these to have some rgb effects. If you dont mind the noise the performance is decent and the lights are well done

As good (if not better) than competitors for much lower price.
To start with these fans are really quiet, even on full load, while still providing good amount of cooling. They are also well made and good looking with thick and bright ARGB strips around their rim. They are on par with much more expensive (overpriced) fans from different companies. Only downside is that they don't have their own software, which I would like to see since I dislike using mystic light and I'm currently on MSI motherboard. However, you can connect reset switch from your case front IO to controller that comes with these fans and use that as a switch for ARGB modes which kinda resolves that issue. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and I will recommend these fans to anyone who asks, especially for that price.

Now these look pretty!
Great quality fans, very strong and sturdy design. Have a nice weight to them too, might not mean much but I feel its due to the decent quality of the materials used. The aRGB rings are very clear and bright. Unfortunately the RGB hub seems to glitch when connected aura sync motherboard. No issues if I run the fans only only the hub or directly to the motherboard headers with no hub but for the price of the fans and the quality this is something you can overlook easily and work around. Hope that helps guys!

Good RGB Fans
The media could not be loaded. Bought these to go into my NR200P and I'm very happy with how it's turned out, All the fans plug into a Sata powered hub which can then be connected to your motherboard for software controlled lighting and fan speeds. When they ramp up in speed they are a bit noisy but I can't really compare as I haven't tried any others in this case, make you you put a fan curve in.
