Non-Stick It's Not
Great pan to cook in but it's definitely false advertising to call it non-stick. Great to use but lousy to clean. If you're looking for non-stick look someplace else.

Looks good, is sturdy and bakes evenly.
I like this. It's a good-looking and sturdy non-stick cake pan, of a heaviness and thickness that provides even baking with much less burning at the edges. The product description says "sweet release up to 10X longer than the competition" and I guess that means that this particular non-stick surface stays non-stick through ten times as many uses as other non-stick bakeware. This is of heavy-duty steel construction and is supposed to resist warping. Also the over-sized rolled-rim edges work as handles to give you a good grip on the pan and, in addition, these rims are supposed to "boost durability and warp resistance." Three caveats are: (1) the pan is oven safe only up to 450 degrees F, so no broiling here, (2) although this is dishwasher safe it is recommended you hand wash, and (3) the obvious warning not to use metal or sharp utensils with this to keep that non-stick surface scratch-free. The cake pan seems to be of good quality. Of course, only time will tell about that, but I have old, inexpensive bakeware that looks quite beat up yet still can turn out respectable baked food, so this new Anolon, which is very sturdy, should last a good while.

NIce pan that I shouldn't wash in the dishwasher
As I’ve said many times before, we are outfitting a new kitchen area. At the same time, we are replacing old kitchen pots, pans, bakeware, etc. I thought this pan might be one such pan. The very first words I said when the pan arrived were “Now, that’s a pan!” It was heavy and felt very sturdy. It was no hardship when I next started baking in it. I made a cake for its first test. It slid out with no problems, and I of course didn’t use any metal utensils on it. Next, I made some cinnamon rolls that were unfortunately not homemade and the same thing happened. The edges on both browned evenly, and there were no problems at all. I just wish that I didn’t have to hand wash it. I could probably chance it, but I want it to last awhile. Nice pan for a decent price. Recommend!

we've been missing out
As the kids are getting older, we're starting to bake more as a family activity. Our bakeware has been a bit on the deficient side and we're slowly building up our hardware. So up until now, we've had a incredibly heavy ceramic deep pan that was given as a wedding gift. So for years, on the rare occasion we'd bake, this was our go to pan. So now, we had an opportunity to try something new. Well, all I can say is that there are time that you don't know what you don't know. This was one of them. First off, this is so much lighter than that ceramic pan. And that to add to the awkward heft of it, it didn't have a lid. So we had to hold it by the sides. And our thumbs always went into what ever was in the pan. Well, not only is having that lip incredibly helpful, so is have that little raised edge. That also helped in keeping our thumbs off the the food. We're used to lining the pan so I don't know what would have happened if we didn't use anything, but our bake came out easy. Nothing left behind. It's also good to know that anything that accidentally gets onto the outside wipes off easily as well. Overall, we're happy to add this to our growing ever set of kitchen hardware. And of course the kids are excited at more bake goods for the upcoming holidays.

Great baking pan
My daughter and I love to bake together and make new creations. This pan is a great replacement for our old pan. It's design with the rimmed edge is supposed to help it keep from warping (time will tell) but it also works great as a handle to pull the pan out. I can't count the times we've accidentally gotten the oven mitt in the cake and ruined part of it when inserting or removing the pans from the oven. The edge on this pan makes that so much easier and gives a much more secure hold so less chance of accidentally dropping it. The thickness and materials also make it so that your cakes (or other baked items) bake more evenly. We've made a few cakes and they came out beautifully baked and the cakes release very easily from the pan. For longest life I do recommend hand washing it. It is disappointing that it can't handle a heat at 450* or higher though... I guess that means that I get to tell my husband he can't use my new pan since he mostly just uses the broiler.

Bakes evenly
For a baking pan this is really rather deep. Perfect for cakes, rolls etc. You could probably cook a roast in this in a pinch. I had even baking when making a cake using this. Super easy to clean and did release the cake without pre-greasing pan with no trouble. Fits in a standard size cabinet / drawer (the kind used in place of a cabinet NOT the kind that holds silverware) in a kitchen . Price point is very reasonable for size and durability of this pan.

Great 9" x 13" Non-Stick Baking Pan
I will only use non-stick baking pans and 9" x 13" is the size I use most often. This pan works like a charm. I made a dish last night and it came out of the pan easily with no sticking. It cooked evenly and the dish was a definite success, thanks to the recipe and the pan it was cooked in.
