Easy Installation
Nice rack for 3 bikes. Heavy but easy to use and I love the no-tool installation. I struggle a bit with the tie down straps but they hold the bikes securely. Like the fold down feature but does not go quite far enough to put tailgate down on my F150.

I wanted to love it...
Arrived in great shape, well-made, easy three bolt assembly. The "quick install" spring loaded pin works great when installing the rack, however, when removing the rack you have to simultaneously push the pin in, with something... (don't use your finger or it might get smashed) while pulling the rack out of the receiver hitch. Sounds simple, but it was awkward. Finally, for me anyway, this isn't a three bike rack,. The hanging bikes can swing a lot and they are super crowded. I returned mine.

very nice bike rack
Very pleased with this bike rack. Had a similar bike rack but a different brand for several years, this one is more compact and does not wobble. The straps work really well, so much easier than the rubber knobs on my previous rack. Hold 3 bikes easily without being overly large or awkward

Easy to install.
The rack is nice just won't safely hold 3 40lb bikes.

Bike rack great for two bikes, crowded and light weight for three bikes.
Easy to assemble, requiring about 30-40 minutes. Adequate but if you are expecting heavy duty, it is lightweight and slightly flimsy. The space between bikes is quite slim and doesn't leave much clearance. It will be great for 1 or 2 bikes.

Waste of money
This bike rack broke on our very first trip. The company does not care, nor will they make it right. We were lucky to have made it home without losing our bikes on the highway. The locking knob snapped, and it also damaged our bikes from rubbing against the frame. Don’t waste your money on this rack.
