Pretty good tools

First: these work well. They fit in a standard size woodburning pen and thread in nicely. They’re deep enough that you get a food image transfer and the material heats up fast and even. The downside: they are pretty cheaply made. If you push down with any kind of uneven force, while they’re hot: they will bend. Then they set as they cool and need to be reheated to try and bend the stem back. For the price: I can recommend them, but don’t expect these to last for ever and ever.

Wood burning tips

Works great. Just need to work on my alignment and lines though. ????????

Great, but limited

For the price and simplicity these number burning tips are perfect. They do take a little finesse to get right, but are much quicker than transferring and hand burning each number. My biggest issue was them not being flat. I had to gently rock them back and forth to get all the edges burned. And don't expect super crisp line work. Think more rustic branding iron characters, which has a nice character if you're going for that. Also if you are burning a date, the dot is a bit too big and there is no slash. But those are easily done by hand with the regular tips. Do a few practice runs on scrap to get timing and technique down.

Overall a great product

Obviously, I like the ease of being able to stamp words instead of trace or stencil. It would be better if the stamps could snap or push in instead of having to use a tool to unscrew to change. Not easy to line up for a straight line.

Woodburner Letters

The letters are good. The packaging Sucks Big Time. It took me an hour to get the letter out of the package. Whoever thought that up never tried to get the letters out of the packaging.

Like that they are the exact size I needed. Very disappointed that there are 2 0’s and no n’s. I just used the u upside down to compensate

Quality Product

Have always been pleased with the Walnut Hallow products and these were no exception. The small size letters are perfect for burning letters in small areas.

Fun font

These work perfectly with my 4mm screw pyrography tool (which is not from the walnut hollow brand). This looks perfect on a number of my pyrography crafts, and the font is a fun style font as opposed to some of the other options available which look quite formal, meaning the handmade look is preserved a bit better despite not hand writing each letter.
