Outstanding chair
I ordered this chair right when the pandemic started and have been work at home since then. I have worked around 6,500 total hours in this chair. It's been amazing. I have arthritis and disc issues and this chair helps me stay comfortable. It is as supportive as the day I bought it. Nothing has broke. Even with my little one being rough with it at times. Hydraulic system is still in top shape. It was WELL worth the investment. I know these are expensive but if you have the cash send it on this chair or another in the line up. It's built like a tank.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Over a year after I bought my first AKRacing chair, I broke the armrest on it. It was entirely my fault - the chair is incredibly well made. I was extremely irritated with myself and continued to use the chair, even with the broken armrest, because it's one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever owned. After continuing to use it for about another 8 months in that condition, I finally reached out to AKRacing's customer service and asked them if they had spare parts for sale. After identifying which model I had and which part was broken on it, they asked me for my address. I had assumed that they were calculating shipping costs and were about to ask for my payment information - but they just provided a tracking number instead. I was blown away. The armrest got here within days after speaking with them, they never asked for any form of payment and even thanked me for having purchased with them in the first place! Incredible company - I highly recommend them. Great products, even better service.

Fantastic sturdy chair for gaming or office
The chair exceeds my expectations, it’s very sturdy. A smaller person may find it too big, but for me it was very comfortable. The lumbar support is very comfortable and was amazing in providing support which I needed for a injury I’m nursing. One odd thing is that a plastic telescoping cover for the hydraulic lift doesn’t seem to connect to the top and so it doesn’t cover the whole thing. This to me is entirely cosmetic and maybe I missed something, but could not find anywhere on the chair or directions to fix this. I originally thought I would need to replace the wheels with something more hard wood floor friendly but as the description says the ones it came with are not causing any marking on the floor. (Although I’m still considering some roller-blade style replacements) Assembly wasn’t hard, but attaching the back was a bit awkward but once fully assembled was very secure and strong. The back works like a car seat would, with its most up position being slightly forward, the comfortable position is to push it back slightly. It tilts back slightly, which with a slight lean is super comfortable. It can be locked upward. Like many I started by looking into the popular racing chairs used by most steamers. In my case the upper weight of what those brands could handle was too low for me to feel the chair would be durable for me.

Not a programming chair
Pros - Stylish - Easy assembly - Lumbar support cushion; moveable Cons - One handle broke immediately - Doesn't start low enough to floor; at 6' I want my knees slightly higher than hips according to ergonomics - The front of seat curves up and presses into underside of leg - One page assembly drawings, fine; but some media site to get the manual, and you have to supply a credit card? and it claims lots of free music playlists? Summary: The seat took a few days to 'break in' but it is more bearable. Based on the itemized issues above, I would rate it 3.5 / 5.0

Exactly what I hoped for
This chair is amazing. At first I thought it would be too big based off other reviews but it fits me perfectly ( im 5'10" 250lbs). I could not be happier with this chair. Very easy to assemble and I have no issues with the materials or quality whatsoever. Its more comfortable than my bed and very high quality.

Updated: Broken wheel. Wanted to love it but don't
July 2019 Update: One of the wheels has broken off, that’s a first for an office or gaming chair for me. The wheels are joined together so that there are two on each span of the base. The metal piece that joins the two wheels together is fine but the plastic that the metal piece fits into has broken. Original review: This was replacing a regular office chair and I had high hopes that it would be so much more comfortable than a regular chair. So my experience has not been good, it is pretty unforgiving to sit in, it adjusts as advertised but it just isn't comfortable to sit in. I sometimes like to fold one leg underneath myself and that is painful so no way on that. The armrests adjust nicely but the actual area you rest your arms on is pretty short. I know that this may be fine for some but it is like sitting in a stadium seat with one of those butt cushions on it. For $600 I couldn't be more unhappy with the purchase, it may actually be the worst money I have ever spent.

only for very tall people
This chair is nicely built but the ergonomics are off. I am 6’1” and this chair is way too deep for me. I’m talking three or four inches too deep. And the front part of the seat pan is higher than the back, so it puts huge pressure on my thighs and knees. Second issue is that the arm rests are very wide. I had to fiddle with the bolts to make them a bit narrower. Bottom line this chair is for people who are at least 6 foot 3 or so.

Highly recommend!
We have the The AKRacing Masters Pro Series Luxury XL Gaming Chair. Assembly was simple, the chair comes with a colored photograph instruction booklet. I had no issues assembling the chair, no assistance required. We've used the chair for months and the quality is great, solid construction, all steel frame, 4-D armrests, 180 degree recline, and backed by a great 5 year chair/10 year frame warranty. The AKRacing Masters Pro Series Luxury XL Gaming Chair is an awesome chair! Highly recommend!

Super silla - Huele a carro nuevo
Llegó antes de los esperado y en buenas condiciones, la silla es muy cómoda, muy grande por lo que para personas de midan más de 1.70 mts les resultará ideal y para personas de menos estatura tal vez sientan que si es poco grande pero tienes mucho espacio para acomodarte así que no lo veo como un aspecto negativo, la calidad de la silla es muuuyyy buena, em sus materiales, construcción y postura para trabajar o jugar y hasta para descansar, muy fácil de armar, recomendada.

No es lo que esperaba
Para empezar, el paquete venía muy dañado, lo cual no le di mucha importancia mientras la silla viniera bien, al terminar de armar la silla y sentarme, la parte del respaldo por alguna razón, esta increíblemente incomodo. Al estar totalmente derecho ya que tiene una forma curva hacia adelante, pero la parte donde te sientas está increíble, al momento de querer acomodar la silla a mi gusto, me di cuenta que una de las palancas estaba rota y la tuve que regresar, lo peor es que no me regresaron todo lo que pague a pesar de que la silla estaba rota

Also am Anfang war ich ja echt noch glücklich mit dem Teil. Aber mittlerweile muss ich sagen, dass ich oft Rückenschmerzen habe, wenn ich länger drauf sitze. Keine Empfehlung meinerseits.

Después de medio año de uso, puedo decir que es una silla excelente para trabajar. Espero me dure tanto como la anterior, pero por el momento excelente. Los dolores de espalda han disminuído considerablemente. La recomiendo 100%.
