Honest review
I purchased this chair last year, replacing a NOBLE chair I had for about 5 years prior. The selling point for me was the lumbar support. Also, I have many other parts around my PC that are razer as well. Below is my honest review. The Good Chair looks awesome. It pops and was pretty simple to put together, although I did need some help from my kids. Sitting in it took a little bit of getting used to, its not as plus/comfy as other gaming chairs I have had, but it does support well-which I think will be good on my back for long gaming sessions. The Bad After about 6 months it began to wobble. I thought it was odd, as my NOBLE chair did nothing like this and I had it for 5 years, but I lived with it. Then it started totally rocking side to side while being used. If I leaned to get something from the other side of my desk, the chair came with. The chair would rise a small amount on its own, something i noticed when I could not put it under the desk without lowering the arms. I reached out to RAZER and to their credit, they did send me a new cylinder and connection for the bottom of the chair. To their negative, they did not send me a new wheel base nor the plastic part that goes over the cylinder to (I'd assume) stop people from getting their fingers caught. This means instead of a 5min remove and replace, I had to spend a good hour knocking the crap out of the bottom to dislodge the wheel base, then another hour to get the cylinder out of the bottom. I think this was totally unreasonable. I understand, Razer did not HAVE to send those additional parts, but when someone spends 500 dollars on a chair that is under warranty, maybe sending the extra 20 dollars in parts would have made the customer happy. Overall I'd say this chair is a solid 3-could be a 4 to 4.5 if the replacement parts would have been sent instead of making me spend an afternoon to fix something that should have never broken in the first place. If (and this is a big if) this chair lasts me another 2-3 years I'd be surprised, and I will be going back to NOBLE or SECRETLABS for my chair needs in the future.

Comfortable
Got this for my fiancée. He spends hours and hours and hours playing video games and he absolutely loves this chair. He loves that even with his height the chair is still comfortable and fits him. You can adjust all different parts of it, his favorite part that can adjust is the armrests because in previous chairs they were always a problem for him. It’s a sturdy chair and moves well, I expect it will last a very long time.

Is the price tag worth it? Ehh, debatable.
I like my reviews short and sweet. So here's mine. This chair is well made from the stitching to the cushion lumbar support and all mechanical parts. The ergonomic arm rests are highly customizable and unique. The chair itself is a bit on the stiffer side yet still comfortable for several hours through gaming, work, or school sessions. For the price I think it should be more comfortable and the arm rests should have some form of cushioning since they are hard on the elbows. Wheel movement is smooth but holy cheese and crackers this thing weighs a lot. While the chair is high quality I personally think it's not worth the $$$ price tag. Wait for it to go on sale.

Excellent gaming chair
When I first put the chart together I thought the seat was to short to be comfortable. I thought I had made a mistake buying it. I was wrong. I have lower back issues and this chair has been very comfortable. It feels nice and firm. It feels like a quality chair. I'm 5'9 170 lbs and the chair fits me perfectly. I'm very satisfied with it and felt it was worth the money.

Great chair, a little squeaky already though
Love the chair. Comfortable, and seemingly well made. But makes a horrendous noise when you rock in it. Like painted metal parts are rubbing. I’ve lubricated the area a few times. Fixes it for a while. Would contact the company about it, but after hearing all the stories about them and people contacting them, I think ill just deal with it. It’s unfortunate, but you know…

Exceeded expectations when I was unsure going into this purchase.
This chair is incredible. It’s not too soft that I sink in but soft enough that I’m comfortable, was extremely easy to assemble, and feels like its made out of high quality material. The lumbar support ACTUALLY helps (this is the first time ever I’ve had any lumbar support work on any chair). My wife has been playing Hogwarts Legacy since coming home from work and hasn’t moved to reposition once so it’s a win win for me! Overall, would definitely recommend if you’re coming from something cheap or no name branded, it’ll exceed all your expectations. Coming from a $120 no name gaming chair to this is like night and day. Ending off, it looks sick too in person and in pics!

Great packaging
My husband loves it; bought it as a surprise. He wore his old gaming chair out so I thought it was time for an upgrade. Won't lie thought about just buying it for myself after seeing it, but he deserves nice things. Absolutely stunning chair and super comfortable. Can see it lasting forever which is great because with daily usage it does add up in wear over time. Already had it for a while and so far looks the same as the day we bought it even with our dogs loving to climb into it when he's not using it; large dogs too.

Well Constructed, but Narrow
This is a beautiful chair. It is well constructed and looks nicer in person than in the images. If you are thin and do not mind a firm seat nor wish to sit in a criss-cross position, this chair may be a great choice. For those who do like to put their feet up and criss-cross their legs, this is not the chair for you. The seat cushion is also quite firm. It seems a lot of companies are making the cushions firmer; this is not as comfortable as the softer cushion gaming chairs.

So THIS is what a real gaming chair feels like!
First up, let's get the price dealt with. It's a big issue as most of us don't have an extra 800 bucks lying around. I was fortunate to get this on sale for $500CAD. The price gets dropped regularly. As I write this edit, Dec 12th, it is back to what I paid for it. So, seems you don't have to wait too long for a sale. I gave it 5 stars for value based on the sale price. At $788, the currently listed price; I don't know. I mean, it's a really great chair but at almost $800CAD plus tax, I'd have a hard time paying that much. Of course, if the money isn't an issue, yeah. I'd be all over this. Anyways, it is a great chair. Hands down the best I have ever had. It comes in a HUGE box and it is HEAVY! I'm not going to repeat everything that's already in the description but I can confirm that it is made of some heavy duty materials that were made to last. Assembly took about an hour by myself. Mostly because it is heavy and tricky to manipulate into position by yourself so I wanted to take my time so as not to do something stupid like poke a hole in it or tear the seat. Lining the bolts for the back was a bit annoying as they don't line up easily when doing it by yourself. It's not that they aren't in the right place, it's just again a matter of being really heavy and having to keep it in place while you attach the 6 bolts (4 to attach it to the frame, 2 to attach the covers for each side) The lever for the lumbar support didn't work at first. It's on what I would compare to the brake cable on your mountain bike. It needs adjusting to get it at the right tension to work properly. I've seen a lot of people complaining about it and saying it broke. I can pretty much guarantee that in most of those cases, it was because the person just kept pulling on the handle or never bothered to check the YouTube video provided that shows you how to adjust the tension. It's easy to attach to the seat via a quick release if you need to adjust it more. The real test was sitting my butt down and getting after it. First thing I noticed is It is incredibly firm. I thought maybe it would be uncomfortable but 2 hours of iRacing later, my butt and more importantly, my back wasn't feeling like it did when I did the same time in my old $399 Serta chair that was supposed to have great lumbar support etc but really didn't. I am not a small dude at 5'11" and 240lbs. I have broad shoulders and not exactly a tiny waist lol. My thighs are also pretty hefty and that being said, the chair fit me perfectly. The curvature of the upper shoulder area, the lower back, and the seat all sat exactly where they should without any poking or discomfort. Razer's lumbar support is far more advanced than most chairs that just have some adjustable bump that pushes into your lower back. It's a...plate....for lack of a better word, that moves outwards and supports a large area of your lower back. I am plagued by L3-L5 damage and my Serta chair made it worse. I have put in some long sessions, 6 hrs for instance, and not had any pain in my back OR in my butt. So, I can attest to the quality of the lumbar support without hesitation. I have seen people complain that they don't like the upright sides of the seat because their thighs were sore after so I can only assume that since my pudgy legs fit comfortably, that maybe the X XL would have been better for them. I love that my legs are held in place when racing for hours and because there's some extra room I rolled up a small towel and put it between my left thigh and the seat edge to make it even more of a snug fit. When you're braking, accelerating and steering hundreds of times a race, you don't want to have to clench your legs together to keep your feet in the optimal position for left foot braking and hitting the throttle. That takes a lot of the discomfort I would feel in my other chair completely out of the equation. The lumbar support is amazing. The difference I felt at the end of the night after about 5 hours of racing, was so noticeable. Usually I'd get up, make some Dad noises while doing so, and then spend half an hour getting back to normal. Now, it's not like that at all. The almost infinite ways you can adjust the lumbar support, back angle, seat angle and height, will get you exactly where you need to be. You need to take your time and fine tune it to your preference. It took me a few races before I had it perfect for my taste. While you may think it's too firm, unless you're super light, you'll notice that the high density foam actually form fits your bottom and thighs just the right amount to make your seated position perfect for your body type. I don't have to use memory foam cushions any more. I don't have long legs so at first it felt too high (even set at the lowest position) for racing, so I just swapped out the wheels with the ones from my older chair as they are a bit smaller and it was enough to give me the position I need for racing. I spent a couple hours playing Division 2 and it was really nice not having to get up and adjust a bunch of extra cushions every few minutes. I was perfectly seated and totally comfy. Most importantly, my back and butt weren't sore at any point. It's not cheap, but it's well built, very ergonomic, and the difference between this and my other chair extremely noticeable. I'm really happy I bought this. It's expensive because its a quality, high end piece of gear and made to last. Easy to recommend to any gamer looking for THE chair. *note: While I am a Vine Voice reviewer, this was a personal purchase, paid for with my own money. So, no I'm not giving it a good review for other reasons. It is a great freakin' chair.

The ONLY gaming chair I'd recommend over Ergonomic chairs.
Make sure you get the Ishkur with the lumbar support. This single feature is what sets this chair apart from all the other brands. It supports your spine VERY well. I come from an ergonomic Haworth chair so I was looking for a gaming chair with actual support and good posture. Nothing else has this much lumbar support. It would have received a 5 star from me if it weren't for the fact that I am 5' 3", so this chair's base is too long for me. Even at the lowest height setting, when my butt is against the back, the feet will not touch the ground, which is NOT a good posture for long term sitting. Despite this, I bought a foot rest to raise the floor and problem solved. Some parts are plastic, but that's totally expected even at this price. The entire chair itself is very sturdy and should last me a decade. I was surprised at the all steel 5 point wheelbase, very strong. The faux leather seems to be thick and durable but only time will tell. One thing you should definitely know about this chair is that the cushioning on the back and butt are NOT supple and soft. It is made firmer, to better support you during long hours of sitting. Another benefit from the firmer seat is that it will likely stay looking newer longer. My brother sat in the chair and noted that he would consider getting a small cloth seat cushion just to add a little more comfort.

Amazing for people with lower back paint
When I was in high school, I injured my lower back while working, giving me bulged disc in L3 and L4. Couldn’t move for two months but after physiotherapy, I was able to get up again. Since then, I have been suffering lower back pain. It is so bad that I cannot sleep more than 4 hours straight without waking up due to pain. I am a Software Developer, so I sit in front of my computer most of the day. I have a standing desk and walking platform. They work for people who lacks exercise but not for people with bulged disc, in fact, standing desk is worse for people with bulged disc. Anyways, I tried so many different chairs, Herman Miller, Serta, DX, some fancy ergonomic chair, etc, but all of them didn’t help with my lower back problem. I got my Razer Iskur, got it assembled, and the moment I sat down, I knew it was different. Chair is firm but not hard like a wood surface. The fact that it is firm helps to keep better posture and I really like it. The best part of this chair is its lumbar support. I have never had a chair with such amazing lumbar support. It supports my upper body to the point that it relieves downward pressure on my bulged disc. I can finally sit for more than 1 hour without suffering in agony. My wife is slightly shorter than me, she is 5’6 and she doesn’t find the chair comfortable. I am 5’8 and this chair fits perfectly. I highly recommend this chair to those who are around my height (5’7 - 5’9) and suffering chronic lower back problem.

A very good office chair
I wish I had bought Iskur chair in the first place. At first, I bought one of those ergonomic office from staples. Maybe I did not get the right ergonomic chair (mesh), but I just could not get used to the chair. After sitting for an hour, I would feel so tired from sitting and my back was hurting. That is when I started looking for a better chair. That is when I decided to buy Iskur chair and it was one of the best investments. I find it very comfortable and steady. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a steady and professional office chair. I don't play any computer game, I just use for my work. A right arm rest wasn't working properly. So I contacted Amazon customer center and Razer customer center. They quickly resolved the issue. I received a replacement arm rest within a week. Being able to control its back support and tilt is a very important feature of the chair. Hope my review helps you to find the right chair for you.

Fantastic Chair!
This chair is fantastic, the quality is remarkable, and the ergonomics are unique. Other reviews that mention the price is too high have never owned a quality chair before. You truly get what you pay for, so if you'd rather have a bad quality chair that you'll replace within a year then go with a $200 dollar chair. If you want a chair that will last well over 12 years then pay the price and experience quality. My last DX Racer lasted me 11 years and is still in fair condition. The $200 chair I bought on Wayfair to replace my DX Racer was given away to a family member in less than a month. Cheap chairs are just not worth it, save up for a good chair and you'll be happy! The chair is stiff when you receive it, but don't be alarmed. You need to break the chair in, and once you do it's extremely comfortable. The chair was also extremely simple to setup, which I appreciated.
