Does what it's supposed to do

Easy, out of the box use. Some people thought the metal rods holding the laundry bag underneath were too short, but if you think that, just switch them around. One side is longer than the other so they need to be different lengths to fit properly. Also, there are some wood covers for two of the screws that just fit in the screw hole without being glued. Which is fine since you might want to tighten the screws at some point. But just be careful not to lose them because both of mine were in the plastic packaging and had I not noticed, I could have easily mistakenly tossed them with the packaging. It'll do the trick fine.

Bigger than expected

I only pack small carry ons and backpacks, so this takes up more floor space than I needed or was expecting, but at least you can fold it up when not in use. It would easily support a full sized suitcase. I use the hamper below to toss things in I might take but don't want to pack yet (as I may still be using them until departure time), and I'll sift through what's in there last minute. It's in the spare bedroom so hopefully will accommodate guests luggage as well. I didn't notice any funky smell as others have noted.

Love it but the reviews are true - it stinks!

Worked great for my guests - they loved it and especially the attached laundry bag. But it really does have a terrible chemical smell that others have described. Will have to try rubbing some sort of scented cloth or spray onto it.

Holds up well

I put it in my guest room for when people come visit and it’s been great. It does have a funny smell when you first open it. It did take some time for it to go away (a month or so) so just be prepared for that. I love that it gives a place for my guests to put their luggage and class up the place a bit more.

So convenient!

I bought this luggage rack for the beach house. The problem was that I would just live out of my luggage, and everything would spill over the floor. With this rack, as with any luggage rack, I keep my case off the floor and within reach. What makes this rack special is the fabric basket. You can use that basket for anything. Most obviously you would use it for laundry, keeping it separate from the clean clothes in the suitcase. Just remove the rails and toss the laundry, basket and all, in the wash. At the moment I use it for shoes. I tend to bring a variety of shoes with me - sneakers, flip flops, loafers, etc . You can keep the area tidy by tossing them all in the basket so you aren't tripping all over them. I'm considering getting another to place on the porch by the front door. Toss your sandy flip-flops in here and keep the sand out of the house. If you are considering a luggage rack, get this one, with the basket. You will find a use for the basket, I'm sure.

Good quality but laundry bag smells and stickers wont come off

These are great - sturdy and nice looking. Unfortunately the laundry bag smells like chemicals, even after multiple washes and leaving it outside in the. The stickers unnecessary placed on the products are impossible to remove.

Great item!

Great item - sturdy and able to easily handle very large heavy luggage. The laundry rack is very useful as it does "double duty." The laundry bag is easily removed and can be put back with minimal effort. Highly recommended!
