Solid choice!
For the price and quantity, this is a very good choice. It is pretty absorbent and I haven’t had any leaking issues. When taping on the diaper, it is hard to make the diaper feel snug under/around my belly button, and the adhesive tapes don’t leave much room for error.

God send! Perfect for 5 year old who still has accidents at night
A GOD SEND!! These are the only diapers that work to keep my just turned 5 year old dry during the night when he has nighttime accidents. He’s a very large 5 year old and we’ve struggled with the volume of urine that comes out of him at night, traditional pull ups were a joke, he’d wake up completely soaked. I finally found these and now we’re not changing sheets and pj’s every single night. Thrilled that this company has solutions for larger children.

Overall good. fits a little small.
I usually wear a small pull up and these were almost 2 small for me. No flex at all. Can barely get the back wings over my hips to connect the tabs Tabs can only be used once They aren't overall bulky which is good. Can hold about 2 and half normal wettings. Not bad expected a little more for a actual diaper. Overnight tena pull ups can hold 2 normal wetting. When wet it does get pretty bulky.

Super absorbent and my favorite brief
I hope my review can help you decide whether this product is worth a try. As a special needs Momma I appreciate being able to read about others experiences with products. I have a 12 year old with medical needs that require ‘diapers’. We love these. These are pricey, but they can take overnight use and not leak - which saves me money and time in not having to deal with wet sheets and pajamas. They are great on super sensitive skin. They are ‘quiet’ and have a slim profile for a high absorbency brief. I also love that you can refasten the briefs - extra sticky tab built on top of the tabs. For reference my son is medium build, 4’10” and about 85 pounds. This size fits well and has a bit of room to grow.

Good for overnights.
We're just transitioning from regular baby diapers to these type for my special needs son. Currently, I'm using these at night because they really are very big. (he's 54 pounds and 5.5 years old with very chubby thighs). I've tried several types of these adult briefs and so far, these are the best. The have a cloth like cover, rather than a noisy plastic back sheet. They keep him dry all night, which is the whole reason I use them. They're big (like up to his chest!), but I can do up both tabs, whereas I can't do that with some of the other brands, even though they're all too big. I can see us using this brand/type for years. I can't speak as to how they hold a poop as he rarely poops at night. I can't give them 5 stars because incontinence briefs are really lagging behind the baby diaper world. (no stretchy tabs, no double leg gussets, no elastic back waistbands, no reclosable velcro tabs, etc) but perhaps that day will come.

Very Trustworthy
We’ve tried a lot of different brands that leaked. This is my Mom’s favorite and they are comfortable. Only wish the sticky tabs were a little more secure.

Sizing is off
These diapers are VERY ABSORBENT and get my son through the whole night without me needing to change him at 2:30am. Unfortunately the sizing is off, my son is 5'6", 112 lbs and has a 29" waist and the smalls just barely fit. No way these could possibly fit someone with a 36" waist. Wish the mediums weren't so much more expensive because absorbency wise these are amazing.

Small S4 Review
These S4s are pretty good fit for a smaller ABDL like myself (30" waist). They hold just a couple of wettings, and leak a bit if you push them to the limit. That being said, they're really comfortable, quiet and discreet (the only diaper I'd ever wear in public). At $26 for a 22 pack, it's not a bad deal. They're no M4s - but they're also quite a bit cheaper. If you only wear about once a week for fun, these will last months. **********UPDATE: Changed my 4 stars to 3 stars. The threads on the leak guards have been tearing lately after a few wettings. Also, these are clumping up badly and they start to droop and require re-taping. Not the kind of quality I'd expect from a company like Abena. Haven't found any kind of customer service in the USA, despite Googling a few times. Again, they're quiet, fit OK and are comfy. But if you're wearing for kinky fun, I'd recommend something else - go with regular M4s, Bambinos, Tranquility ... even if you're a size Small. The difference in absorbency / cushiness is pretty substantial, and they're snug in a different way.

A lot smaller than I expected by that’s my fault. But generally these are budget, not that great absorption as it’s fabric based not plastic and tapes don’t work very well. Very cheap though

useless cloth-backing
After hearing a lot about how good Abena is, I decided to try them out myself, wish I hadn't ordered them as with all cloth-backed products it just ended up leaking through the cloth-backing and in my own opinion is inferior to plastic-backed products. not to mention having to redo the tapes every few hours due to the stretching of the cloth they ended up sagging a lot. either way I view Tena slip as the superior product and will go back to them for my needs.
