They work as expected
I have been using this product on and off for years. No, it’s not super absorbent. It’s a thin diaper that is best for daytime comfort and protection. It baffles me as to why the pull up underwear is better in wicking and absorbency than this diaper style, but Depends has kept this product this way for decades and I have a feeling making it better is much lower of a priority than the pull up style. Too bad it’s over looked. It would be my 100% go to diaper if it was just a bit better. As the same company as Huggies, they fit excellent around the waist and legs. Yes, there are some complaints about being loud/crinkly, but it’s what a diaper does and I don’t mind and they are muffled a lot under jeans.

Ordered for mom.....
When my mom was ready to transition to a memory care unit after being released from the hospital, the nurse called me to recommend these for mom. She was only in the memory care unit for 8 hours before she was transported (again) to the hospital. Nurse said these were perfect for mom when I dropped them off. Having only used them one time, I wish it had been longer for mom to like or dislike as she passed away 3 weeks later. These tabbed incontinence underwear were not available in the stores where I searched....so was very happy to find them on Amazon. So - since they were highly recommended by the nurse, I can only go by her recommendation.

Not the same as Depend underwear
I developed stress incontinence from an illness and was discharged late afternoon from the Hospital with a very low supply of hospital diapers for home. We could not get to Costco before it closed so I went onto Amazon to see what I might get fast. These were the only diapers available in large which would come in the morning so I bought them. They do not stay up nor do they make you feel secure they will not leak, I had to put underwear over them to hold them in place. For me they were not easy to put on and I could not seem to get them tight enough to stay in place. My husband made the Costco run for the underwear, HUGE difference. These worked for an emergency but I would not buy them again, they were too loose to feel secure.

If they are free if defects, really good
I’ve had some that had defective tabs. I had to use strong tape to secure those. The package I have right now has perfect diapers in them. I will say that I reinforce them with pads. Some folks have a lot of urine and the pads help minimize leakage. My husband finds them comfortable.

Old School Briefs Are Outdated But Effective
The only phrase I can think of that truly describes Depend Incontinence Briefs with Adhesive Tabs is "old school," a reference to the fact that these are closer to true "adult diapers" than most brands tend to go these days. While most brands, including Depend, are trying to move toward a pull-up brief this is a more traditional diaper in look and feel. This arrived as a 3-pack of 16-briefs for a total of 48 briefs. These are considered unisex and are also considered maximum absorbency. They offer a wetness indicator in front that disappears when the brief needs changed. These briefs also offer odor control, though I'd say it's a notch below more contemporary brief styles. These are large sized and fit waist sizes 35"-49". While I think pull-up briefs are awesome, for some folks who are wheelchair users or who have a differently shaped body, sometimes this style of briefs is really what works effectively. There was a time when I used these frequently, though Depend largely stopped stocking them most places. Because there's also still a stigma to incontinence, this traditional "diaper" can be a bit more embarrassing as it's less discreet and it has a little bit of that crinkly sound that a diaper makes. I find that the tabs tend to be flimsy - even they're a bit old school. There's three on both sides and they do secure, but it's almost inevitable that one of the three will rip. I'd almost consider these better for caregivers. They're a little more difficult to get situated for those who change themselves and because the sizing tends to run a bit small it's easier to rip a tab or get bunched up. That said, despite everything they are absorbent and they do work pretty well. They are eligible for Subscribe n' Save and I'd say they're a solid value with good performance. These are also latex free, lotion free, and fragrance free. As someone with a latex allergy, this is super important to me. These are briefs I seem to always return to after trying others. They may be a bit old school, but they're affordable and effective and that's ultimately what I need.

Reliable daytime or bedtime diaper
This product is very absorbent, very discrete, 360 degree secured elastics to help minimize leaks. they are comfortable and very low cost from a variety of online and in person stores and pharmacies. i recommend this product if you are incontinent with both bladder as well as bowel. they are great for ab/dl people, and affordable for even low income individuals. however what i dont like is, i didnt seem to find any companies or websites that have this product for free sampling.

The briefs are the worst I’ve used
My husband has been incontinent for almost a year and it has been necessary for him to wear briefs. This is the first time we have tried the Depends brief. We always believed it was a very reputable product. However, unfortunately this is by far the worst brief we have used. The closure tabs break off very easily and they will only stick once. If you don’t get it right the first time, too bad because they won’t stick again or break off as you are trying to do so. We used two briefs this morning for one change because the tabs broke off just as he was sitting up. I have a lot of inventory that will not be used as they are too heavy for me to carry to the post office to return. I have had two caregivers who also said they would not use them.

Pourquoi Amazon exige les taxes sur ce produit qui ne devrait pas être taxé
Ces couches à 6 adhésifs sont très minces donc petite à moyenne absorption. Parfait pour le jour pour les gens actifs. L’extérieur est en plastique ce qui la rend étanche, extrêmement douce et légèrement bruyante. Grandement apprécié. La nuit j'utilise une culotte d’entraînement small en tissu sous cette couche pour augmenter son niveau d’absorption et son confort. Ainsi toutes fuites deviennent presque impossibles. La seule couche abordable plastifiée sur le marché. Il y en a d’autres marques plus performantes mais elles coutent 3 à 4 fois plus cher et elles sont tellement énormes qu’il devient impossible de les camoufler sous nos vêtements ou impossible à trouver en Amérique, surtout la grandeur small (Tena slip maxi small plastifiées). Problème: Les couches achetées au Québec sont exempts de taxes mais pas avec Amazon... mystère... Là j’ai besoin d’explication... Eric

You get a lot of them but they're made of freaking plastic. Sweatiest diapers ever and they leak really bad, gross. I do not recommend these for anyone you love or care about.

Tabs are Useless
Bought these for my aging father and I must say this product is absolutely useless; we tried our darnest but could not get the diaper to stay fastened. The tabs are 100% ineffective, complete failure. To add insult to injury, I have the whole box and it can't be returned so I am stuck with these as house ornaments now. Extremely dissatisfied; waste of my hard earned wages.
