Glad I don't need to use these anymore
These were for my son, who is older, delayed and still potty training. Like many parents with kids in this category, finding diapers that still fit is like trying to cross the Oregon Trail without dysentery. These diapers are definitely only for adults, despite the "junior" label, as they don't fit small bodies well. The leak protection is just okay, and I expected better for such a large diaper. I tried to modify these a bit, as noted by another reviewer--that didn't work well, either. All it did was pull on my child's waist. They're papery on the outside and don't provide much comfort. I will not buy these again, and glad I don't have to, now that I have tried Amazon's Mama Bear Plush diapers.

Great diapers for most kids, just not mine.
I have an almost 4 year old working through potty training and we tried these because the Size 6 overnights aren't cutting it anymore. They are very absorbent but because my kid is a toddler they don't fit her in the legs at all so there has been leaking. I also found that there was a lot of lint balls hanging out when she would wet overnight so I don't think this would be a good option for overnight wet protection since it seems to degrade a bit after liquid sits. TLDR: Removed 1 Star for lint balls in diaper that require more cleaning.

No Leaks! Perfect Fit!
My son is 45in tall, and 54lbs, 8 years old. I am telling you that, because I know that's the information I was looking for when I was reading reviews trying to figure out if the diapers would fit. They fit him perfectly. We have been using them for a week and have had no leaks. They are very absorbent. Usually with other diapers, as soon as he wakes up in the morning, I am nervous about getting him changed asap. With these, they don't even seem to be bulging, so I can let him wake up for a minute before I attack him with a diaper. Our previous diapers also did the thing where he would have the stuff, the gel, that's supposed to be on the *inside* of the diaper on his skin when I would take them off, and these don't do that at all. Love love love these diapers. I get his diapers free through Medicare, but they messed up the order this month, so I bought these in an emergency. I think I might just keep buying these instead.

Work great for my autistic son
My son is 3 (a husky 3yr old - 50lbs) and these work great for him. No leak or irritation.

Good but fit wise is not that great
Absorbing is excellent but this size junior, needs to be at least 2 inches longer because it’s to short and not as wide but have elastic to make a creer fit. Sadly the next size up is just too big. Wasted 90 bucks, but will keep searching for my special needs child. My ideal would be a size 8 in Huggies or similar that fit that way.

Great product but a touch too big.
These were a bit bigger than I expected. I have a 40 pound 5 yr old. He is autistic and not potty trained. Pull ups fit, but don't hold his urine. These were supposed to be the next size up. I bought overnights but the school needs the tabs. These really do hold well. Just wish there was one size smaller. That said, it's the best product I've worked with, as I'm also a caregiver. From the caregiver perspective, these are great, absorbent, leak proof and hold a lot. That makes them top of the line. But for my little one, just a bit big.

Softest adult brief on the market; absorbent & leak proof too!
These adult briefs are absolutely the most comfortable that I’ve come across. My daughter is paralyzed from the neck down, and these are the #1 adult brief out there. I always found it frustrating that baby/toddler diapers are so soft against the skin, but adult briefs are harsh. I wish adult brief makers would pay more attention to that. Anytime someone is incontinent, that skin is vulnerable and tender. These are the ONLY adult briefs I’ve found that actually consider that. They’re also quite absorbent & leak proof!

Fantastic product and great price
My 7 year old adhd/ASD son keeps leaking through the pampers size 7 so tried a few bigger nappies but as he wees all night with no control he’s leaked through everything - onto my bed. Did a bit of research and found these, which have a huge liquid capacity. My son found them a little firmer (the material) than pampers and they have two sets of fasteners but they WORK! No leaks, the nappy doesn’t even feel full! And this price is the best I’ve found online anywhere. We couldn’t get nappies on prescription and I was thinking I’d have to spend a fortune every month so I’m so pleased I found these, they will definitely fit for the next couple of years/until my son has control of his bladder at night.

Great now I know how to use them!
My toddler broke his leg and he was not wanting to go to the toilet at all. I needed some nappies that would fit him as he's a big 4 year old. I came across these and I am so glad I found them. They seem comfortable, hold alot and are really flexible. They seemed like they were abit baggy at the top at first but I found a video which shows how to use them correctly (bottom left and right tabs close upwards and top left and right tabs close downwards) since then have had no issues with these at all. Really happy with them!

Good and bad
Good and bad review really. The nappies are a good size (bigger than pampers size 7) and are the perfect size for my son who is 4 and has autism and is still in nappies. I have really struggled to find bigger nappies for him. However the design of the nappies makes them a really bad fit, there are large flaps at the sides that don't seem to be able to be laid over the stomach they sort of fall onto the thighs and there are two sticky tabs at the sides and the lower tab has to go towards the thigh area which makes the nappy tight around the legs. I've tried to adjust where I put the lower tab to try to make a comfier fit for my son but it just seems poorly designed and it ends up with the nappy tight on the legs and loose on the stomach.

Do the job.
Panic bought these for my severely disabled, doubly-incontinent 5 year old after we were running low on his free nappies. He wasn't due another delivery, and none of the local supermarkets or pharmacies had anything in stock that would fit him. So with next day delivery, Amazon came to the rescue! Although these were twice the price of our usual "go-to" nappies, they did the job, and that's all I could have asked for! Some people don't seem to like a double-tabs, but as our boy has skinny legs, it allows us to adjust the size to fit around his legs securely, as well as around his waist. No leakages yet, so so far so good! They feel good quality, have decent absorbency, and don't seem to smell at all, even after 10-hour overnight wear. All in all, would definitely buy again.

Very good product
Have been looking for an extra absorbent nappy for my child and came across these. He has special needs and had out grown the Libero brand which we had been using. I was desparate for one as the supermarket brands were just hopeless (sorry). I surfed the Internet for options and eventually landed on the product website and tried them for the first time earlier this year after doing my research. I haven't looked back since. I was even happier to find them here on amazon as it offered prime next day delivery so no more last minute panic runs to the supermarket for anything we could lay hands when we suddenly ran out. Abriform offers variety in taped nappies and pants and I would say check you have the right fit. Have tried both and am happy. The blue tape can come off if you overstretch the tape but this is more aesthetic as it still retains its stickiness and tapes the nappy together. You certainly get a decent quantity per bag which is very good value for money.
