Great fit!

Arrived quickly, fit perfectly! Decent weight. Before getting this my son’s small python would escape through a mess covering. She now knows she can’t get out and doesn’t even attempt. Came in a sturdy box, no bends as other reviews have mentioned! So thankful for this!

Mostly great.

Mostly great. Very solid and sturdy. No sharp edges. Solid metal not screen. Mice enjoy climbing onto lid surface for exercise. Will need to weigh down for some pets. (Gaps in corners of frame could be an escape issue for strong or determined pets if able to lift.) Not a super snug fit - very slightly longer and wider (1/4in) than standard tank- but not all tanks are standard so that’s good.. Overall just fine. I have reordered several.

Excellent tank topper!

This is the only 5-star review I've ever written for something I unfortunately wasn't able to keep and had to return. I had to buy a new tank for my turtle when his old one sprung a leak and my attempts to reseal it weren't successful. I had to go to a different-shaped tank and wound up with a 36x18. Since it was shorter than our previous one, I was afraid our cat just might be brave (or stupid) enough to try to jump in the tank, so I wanted a cover to keep him from falling in should he try. This cover is just fantastic!! It's super sturdy, sturdy enough I'm sure if our cat landed on it, he wouldn't fall in. It is extremely well made with a perfect size mesh pattern, not too large to allow in little flying insects and not too small to allow in light, heat and UVA/UVB light from his lamps. And it looks great to boot and fits securely on the tank. The reason I can't keep it is because I have light fixtures that attach to the tank sides in such a way that don't allow for a tank cover. After ordering this, I thought I'd be able to find new light fixtures that would allow me to use the cover, but I couldn't find anything that would work with my setup (and that didn't say they catch fire). So the only solution was to keep the lights, ditch the cover and move the tank far enough away from where the cat could reach. I so wish I could have kept this cover, but if, unlike mine, it will work for your setup, I couldn't recommend it more.

Great replacement cover for 40 Gallon Thrive terrarium

The original cover for our 40 gallon Thrive Front Double Door Opening Terrarium had some melted areas (poor design IMO) and needed replaced. This fit perfectly over top and holds the heat & UVB lamps perfectly for our beardie.

Not as strong as pet store products

I needed a lid for my tank and got this. The screen isn't as sturdy and strong as the ones they sell at the perstores and isn't really worth the price it is but I might use it temporarily until I get a better one. It also came in a really big box that I didn't expect.

GREAT

Just fits my tank a treat. The holes in the netting on top are just the right size. I don't need them any bigger has any bigger my mice would escape. I have dwarf mice the smallest in the world. you can not hold them has they are to quick to catch and they are tiny. they are cute to watch when out and about in their tank. The top is quite strong to let the air in and you can buy clamps to fit it if you need it to fit tighter on your tank. I have not got them has my mice could not move it and I have not got children to take it off. you can get different sizes too.

Its an ok product, i did order the 30x12 inch one, but for some reason the one that was sent is way bigger so reason being it didnt get 5 stars is the fact that i now have to cut it down to fit the tank, other than that does the job

turned up very late, although that might have been royal mails fault. and it was damaged when it arrived,.the edges were all buckled on one side,i needed to use pliers to pull it back into shape..although it works fine now , and does what it is meant for..
