Even on the lowest settings doesn't last

It worked till it didn't. Even at the lowest settings it doesn't last. Now I'm out 80.00 because I bought it in June!! Total scam for Amazon and manufacturer warranty!! Can't return, it's now a paperweight

This is a must have in our home!

I've looked at different odor neutralizers/scent eliminators for our home, and I settled on this one based on it's appearance and features (motion sensor and timer). When it arrived, I placed it in our kitchen, and cooked a particularly aromatic meal (a wonderfully delicious Massaman curry dish). After dinner, and after all dishes were clean, I turned on the Zero Trace, and within 30 minutes we couldn't even tell that we had cooked a meal. We even went outside for a while, and then came back into the house to make sure we weren't "nose blind", and we couldn't tell that the kitchen had even been used. We tried another test of the Zero Trace a few days later when I baked some cookies. I left the Zero Trace on while the cookies were in the oven, and we couldn't smell the cookies baking at all - it was amazing. I will be getting more for different rooms in the house - and I love that there are no filters or maintenance required for the unit. Makes it easy to set up and use!

It worked, then it didn't

At first I could really feel and smell the difference. I think it worked for about a couple months and then it just wasn't as strong. And it makes this strange clicking/whirring noise. When it isn't making that sound, it's making an extremely high pitched sound. I don't mind it, but a friend who was over had to leave the room because it was so loud to them.

Very useful product

Love the fact that it’s motion sensor. Added this little guy to the cat room so that every time they go potty the fan kicks on and odors dissipate. Love it.

Worked great until it didnt

This product worked wonders on my pet oders. I have bunnies and they use litter boxes. This helped control the oder in my office. Now with that said, I bought this in Feb and it is almost July and it is dead and will not turn on. There is a one yr warranty but I have to figure out how to Contact the company. For the price, this should have lasted longer than 5 months. Update - I contacted the company for the warranty and can't get a response. So even the warranty on the product is junk.

Hunk of junk

I bought this and it broke within a week. I definitely would not recommend this item for anyone to buy. I was definitely disappointed in the product.

MUST BUY!!! Odors gone, not just masked!!

I wanted to wait and write this review when I knew whether this product actually worked. I have 2 dogs who stay downstairs all day. I work out in my living room. So you can imagine the smell of my living room. I bought this product hoping to eliminate the odors. This machine did not disappoint! It was confirmed after taking my dogs out in the rain numerous times throughout the day and my house still smelled clean!! I would HIGHLY recommend this product!!!
