Size Large fits as extra small

What I did like - I use as a shirt cover and is paper thin and good quality. What I did not like is I’am 5’1” 150 pounds purchased size large and the only way to put is from my legs up. What I used it for as a shirt cover. Retraction: 05/6/22 Tried to put on and it slide perfectly Know I want to buy a pretty tight black dress The material is fantastic and at the end it has a plastic strip to keep it together. What I love the most is the material is not bulk. Bulky tight material gives me a stomach ache and makes bust line look fake. 150 pounds 5’1” size large

Slim, Tight and Oh, So Right,

I absolutely hate control wear! I detest it. Unfortunately, aI have an item or two of clothing that seem to need it and I am forced to, once again, enter that hateful world of control wear. I thought I might give Amazon a chance since the brick and mortar stores had had a chance by me. I never really expected a winner from Amazon but here it is. So, for this 60+ grandmother who refuses to get old, I struck gold when I found Yummie's Bra Friendly Slip. The secret to its success is the substantial thick solid line of rubber (caulking, for lack of a better term) that manages to seal the slip to one's legs so that the slip doesn't ride up during the wearing of it. Even better for me, the slip was actually long enough to pretend to be a real slip (and control wear) at the same time. It was nice to be able to sit, cross my legs, etc and not have to worry about the slip walking or rolling up my thighs during the wearing of the garment day or night.

Does the job very well!

This is a great piece of shapewear! It definitely smooths bulges and lines for an all over better fitting (and looking) garment. I wore it under a cute, kind of form fitting, street length dress that I haven’t been able to fit in for a while. Thrilled with the result. It held me in in all the right places without being constricting. Love it!

Wearing plastic

I wear a size 10-12 so I ordered the extra large. It was on the small side and I almost got stuck in it getting it off, LOL! But what I really didn’t care for was the texture. Felt a stretchy plastic grocery bag. I found it be very unpleasant and would imagine it to be hot in warm weather

This is the one !

So far I have bought 3 shapewear slips at Macy’s and 3 at Amazon in 2 weeks. The 3 from Macy’s all we’re returned. One of the Amazon purchases is in return process and 2 were good. Of the 2 this is the best! This does the job. It’s so light weight but it has a panel down the center front that doesn’t give . It’s marvelous for flattening the tummy. The rest feels like a good firm squeeze but not so it strangles the breathe out of you. It wasn’t cheap but I got what I paid for so I don’t mind the extra dollars. The other one I will keep I’d also a ‘Yummie’ brand????Highly recommend if you’re looking to appear a size smaller with no pants and bra lines.

Good but not great

The shaping aspect of this is good. However, with the material, there is a plastic sound any time I move. It is rather annoying.

Who wants to wear a paper slip?

Once I finally got the slip on, it looked nice. It even looked nice under the dress I needed it for until I began to walk around. The front of the slip is like a thick paper material. This is so stiff that it kept folding into the crease in my stomach which I was attempting to hide. Instead of hiding it, the slip accented it by pulling the fabric of the dress into the crease also. Disappointing.

Better tan other brands!

This shapewear is better than any other brand I have tried (even Spanx!...just mu opinion) It has a really great non-slip band at the bottom of the slip and certainly not as expensive as other popular brand. the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I feel it is just a little too tight...I would size up.
