Excellent product! Feels and looks high-end...

I ordered this one and also the rectangular version to decide which one I liked (if any). I LOVE both and will put them in different spots where the design looks best. The rectangular style looks great on a shower ledge inset while the round one looks amazing by the tub. I was so surprised at how well these are made and how clean and classy looking they are! AND they are perfectly tall holding a ton of soap! Not like a short vanity soap dispenser. If I saw these in a hotel I "might" want to borrow them, lol. I'm VERY picky about things like this and I am super impressed! What I love too is that instead of having to fill them through a small round pump hole, the entire lid comes off making filling/cleaning a breeze! Why I didn't give it 5 stars... I think the word "dispenser" is unnecessary and a bit of a put off. We only need to know the contents which is Body Soap. I also wish it said Body "Wash" instead of "Soap" but that's just me. The word soap usually refers to bar soap. The other thing (which luckily I can replace) is that the pump mechanism is too short. I'd rather have to press one or two times to get a decent amount of product rather than 5 or 6 times. I especially would prefer it if I buy these for lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. Overall I would definitely recommend, even in a high end home.

So easy to fill up!

I manage a guest house and wanted a nicer dispenser for body wash that said “body wash”. These have a very nice presentation but what I didn’t realize was that the whole top comes off For adding soap! I’m so excited. No funnels!! I’ll see how the plastic construction holds up for commercial use but they feel pretty sturdy and if they last a year, I’ll be happy to buy more then! Please don’t stop selling them.

Clean design, lightweight, hard, glossy ABS plastic, stainless steel pump

I'm really surprised by the number of conflicted reviews. There isn't a good place that describes the material. It's a very sturdy plastic, like a hard ABS (they call it ABS resin, but the texture isn't like resin the surface is glossy & polished). The lettering is a reflective (but not mirrored) silver. the top of the pump is a reflective stainless-steel chrome finish and appears to be metal plating over the plastic pump internals. I'll update this review if I see any corrosion over time with use. I expected it to be heavy but it's 9.3oz (0.58125 lbs) probably light enough to use with adhesive hook mounts. The instructions are entirely in Japanese but it can be boiled down to: 1) remove the instructions sheet 2) fill reservoir with soap refill 3) use pump to get soap (I speak Japanese and actually they suggest using the 400ml [13.5oz] Japanese pouch soap refills inside the container by cutting off the top of the foil pouch but that's probably because you could swap them out easily without having to clean the container. You really don't need to do this step, it's just convenient if you have access to the Japanese refills) My ONLY issue is that the one that says Shampoo is $10 USD MORE than the body soap one (at the time of writing). If my OCD would let me buy three body soap containers I'd just do that because they're otherwise identical.

Pump is INEFFECTIVE

The media could not be loaded. the pump does not allow soap to flow...the hole is too small ! NOW I UNDERSTAND THE LOW PRICE...for display only ineffective to use ! I was so excited about the look and the fact that it was a hardered plastic since my bathtub is enamel I did not want the bottles to fall and scratch and damage the tub ... the soap does not flow out LMAO ! ITS SILLY ! I even add a monogram to define female and male ! SMH

Attractive and easy to refill, but could be improved just a bit.

Fairly thick and well made containers, and they look nice and work well. Because the entire top comes off easily, they are easy to refill. It's so much nicer to have pump bottles for soap and shampoo/conditioner in the shower (vs the squeeze bottles). They stay clean and don't seem like they will look like new for a long time. Improvements I'd like to see are larger size (maybe 27 oz instead of just 16oz) and an option for about 1.5 more volume of soap dispensed with each push. For the body soap, I replaced the included push pump with the one that came on the soap container, but I know it won't last forever, so the search for the best pump continues. They are pretty pricey, but after considering other options, these are they best I've found so far. We definitely did not want any of the wall mount dispensers we found, even after lots of searching. Overall we're pretty happy with them and they still seem like the best option we can find so far.

Body soap to make my body clean. And my bathroom look cleaner!

The media could not be loaded. I've always wanted my bathtub area to look better, now with this body soap bottle I have all my soaps in there so the colorful name brand manufacture lables are gone. They look cleaner like my body! Love it!!

The product looked for matte black in the photos. I bought it to match my other shampoo and conditioner containers, a bit disappointed. But I’m sure it will work fine.

The first one shipped to me , the pump was broken. Amazon replaced it quickly. The second, the pump broke after two weeks of use.... in a single person household. Very cheap pump mechanism .
