Amazingly cool contracption, need to be careful on gravel driveway
This an amazing design. I should start by saying I live in Montana, and my driveway is the length of a football field, up hill and winding. The local snowplow company has difficulty with it because of its shape so I often use a shovel to work (and work and work) on it. I bought the plow blade because I already had the cart and was looking for something easier than a shovel and not expensive. The time it takes to do my driveway dropped from 6 hours to about 3 (yes, it really is a lonnnngg driveway) with this fascinatingly designed contraption. I imagine you could do a parking pad for a 2 car garage in about 15 to 20 minutes. It does a great job of "four wheeling" but you have to watch closely for rocks if you have a gravel drive. As other reviewers have noted, it is subject to damage. I hit a that was about 5 inches across when was moving pretty fast (my bad) and the arm that attaches to the blade bent. The screw closest to the ground bent and the blade twisted bending the attaching arms. I tried everything I could to straighten it out, getting more bold as the previous method failed. Finally, my 2 pound hammer sort of got it back. However! I liked it so much I am going to replace the blade. I made the mistake but I don't think the blade should have sustained as much damage as it did. Still, as I said, this thing is so cool that I am ordering a replacement blade. That way I will also have some extra parts if we have another blowout. Pros + It really does work. + It works a lot faster than a push snow-shovel since you have the cart being pushed by your body, not two hands on a single stick attached to the blade. + Inexpensive (if you have the cart) + Compared to other snow removal tools, even if you have to buy the cart, it is my belief that it is a better "deal' than a small snowblower. Cons + Blade attachment arms at risk for bending at the arc. + Only two screw/bolts on each side of the attachment which is not as strong as it could be. If you pops you get twisting, not just a loose blade. + Very difficult to use on gravel surface. I should make a comment here that about everything short of an expensive snowblower does not work well on gravel. In my experience, it is one of the "less bad" options on gravel drives. Once there is a surface of snow built up, it works almost flawlessly. + Sometimes it is hard to empty the snow from the blade when you have to pile up the snow at the edge of the plowed area.

Skeptic turned believer
I was skeptical that this product would be useful. It's a shovel with wheels. I used it today for 2in of wet snow covered by fluffy snow. I would call it a manual snow plow rather than a shovel. It was simple to install, smooth to use, and reduced the fatigue you can feel from heavy shoveling. My only wish is that I could angle it, but that would increase the bulk of this very simple tool.

Very good for very specific uses
Overall: Recommend (depending). Great for average/small driveways. Great for quick clean ups from dustings. Don't get if: 1. You have uneven surfaces (gravel, chunks missing in your drive/sidewalk, etc.) 2. You don't have an area you can push the snow to. This attachment makes my Aerocart less regrettable (it's terrible as a wheel barrow). So you've already paid too much for an Aerocart? Why not spend another $40 and feel a bit better about it? Seriously. I like that I can scrape the drive clean really quickly with this. We got about a half inch the other day and I quickly cleared a path down to the blacktop after driving, walking, and compacting sections of the drive. Being able to lift the handles makes getting down to the driveway so much easier than banging at it with a shovel. This item is great for: quick clean up from dustings possibly up to 2-3 inches (depends on your situation and where you can push the snow pile). This is a very niche-y plow. Those with wide/long driveways/or both: good luck getting any significant snow accumulation out of your way. You may have to make a pile then get out your shovel to throw the snow out of the way. Perhaps you'll get away with it on the first snow...but once you've made a wall of snow, where do you push snow the next time there's accumulation? This is no replacement for a snow blower...and you will still need a snow shovel. Good: Secures onto the Aerocart quickly. Surprisingly sturdy. Clears a pretty wide path. Tension created by lifting the handles gets the blade down to the surface of the driveway. It really does allow you to clear areas quite quickly. Criticisms: screws should have come with washers. Not sure how well the plastic wingnuts will hold up. Concerned about the longevity of the plastic blade (though it does have a metal guard on it).
