Well made product that serves another purpose.

Not it's intended purpose but: Using as a drip pan for the large size Big Green Egg. Very well made pan, like that it's deeper than about anything else out there made for this purpose. I originally used the 16" size but found that, although it fit perfectly with the plate setter, it directed a lot of the heat to the extreme outer diameter of the interior. Noted the felt was becoming discolored and cooking times extended. Cooking at no more than 300F on the dome gauge. This 14" pan sits lower in the plate setter and opens up the perimeter for better heat flow. Still covers the majority of the grate area and using foil to line the pan makes cleanup a breeze.

Great pan pizza crust pan

Just like the pan that the big pizza shops use to make a pan crust, turned out even better.

Fits perfect in a GE convection oven

I bought this for baking biscuits in a GE Convection/combo over-the-stove oven. This was just the right size -- it filled the interior but didn't rub on the walls as the turntable rotated it. This was about as large as I could fit in that oven. It baked biscuits just fine, and let me bake about twice as many at the same time as my old 10" pan.

Make sure you need the size. It's large.

I'm very happy with my pan. I used it to make a Moroccan bastiya for a large group.

Dark pan is an issue

The darkness of the pan is a serious issue for me with a pan this size. All cakes are getting over cooked on the bottom... this pan is unusable as intended. The pan is however well made.
