Best Hanging Shoe Shelf

This is a very sturdy product. Accurate description. More than enough room in each pocket for all types of shoes. The only down side is that the the over-the-door hooks are a little thick so it could stop the door from closing all the way unless the top of the door is trimmed a bit. It was worth it to me though, just to be able to organize and store so many shoes and get my closet floor back!!

Where there is a will…

I needed lots of storage space for scarfs and hats (for a family of four). Saw this over-the-organizer, and the rest is history…. Every item has its place, the clear “wall” lets you see what it is, plenty of room for additional items! It is lightweight, which is great for my purposes. Not sure how well it would work for shoes, which are bigger and bulkier than scarves and hats. Works perfectly for my purposes though! Good product.

Like the product as you can get more shoes in it than other over the door shoe storage.

The individual compartments need to be a little deeper to fit more shoe types

Excellent! Easy to install.

Lasted about a week without tearing

Well, I loved the ease of assembly, since it works right out of the box. I wish I had wanted to store my socks instead of my shoes, because this would have been great for this purpose. While voluminous enough to hold a lot of shoes, it just isn't made to take the weight. I have mostly leather dress shoes, and a few pairs of athletic shoes and sandals. No work boots or anything particularly heavy, but within a week the over the door hooks began to bend from the weight of the shoes, and then the fabric tore. A shame, really, because it looked promising. It might work for ballet slippers or maybe for children's shoes, and I was able to repurpose it to hold small parts in my hobby room.

Nice concept. Poorly executed.

Nice concept, poorly executed. The shoes look great in the holders but the hooks that hold the device on a door are terrible. Just bad design, the hook that is supposed to keep the container on is too small and the whole thing just slips right off if you swing the door at all quickly. So everything comes crashing down off the hooks. Such a shame, every other part is perfect but this is such a fundamental flaw.

Easy Solution

Looks great and space saver but I had to return it because it didn't fit where I needed to put it

Not impressed

This product needs to be redesigned as it can't hold this amount of shoes. I had it for less than a year, and it's all broken. I filled it with sandals for the major part of it and it was too heavy. If you're looking for a great shoes holder, either look for something more sturdy or smaller... Would have not bought it if I knew it would not hold the shoes.

Bought to use with caps not shoes, works great!

I couldn't find a cap rack that was to my liking to hang my ball caps and had an idea to use this. Fold the back and insert to face me. It worked amazingly. Only issue was instructions to hang out. Ignore how they describe it. Put hooks over door and lineup roughly with the 3 holes and then push the rack onto the hooks. If you follow their instructions your stuck trying to pick the unit up with dangling hooks that will fall out. This isn't meant for caps it's meant for shoes but I thought it would work and it did. Really well. My wife was blown away as it was my idea.
