No tools for assembly, adjustable, easy, and sturdy - perfect!
Blown away - this is just what I was looking for. Previously had a plastic shoe rack that kept buckling, falling down, snapping, etc under the weight of shoes on each shelf in a carpeted closet. Needed an upgrade and went for something lower and longer -- this was just the thing. The rubber caps for all the legs are such a nice touch for those with hard wood floors they don't want to scuff or slide. The shelves were quick and easy to install - no tools needed! - and they're so sturdy because all the pieces are metal (finally!). I love that it can extend and contract to whatever size closet or nook I put it in and the prospect of eventually stacking two on top of each other for something narrow and tall is exciting - a shoe rack to last me a while, no matter what space I'm in! (or how many shoes my household has!). You get a lot of bang for your buck with this one. Plus there's room for flats under the first shelf so you have an additional space for lower shoes. Nothing is sliding off the shelves for me, even wedges. Would definitely recommend!

A real space saver
This is the third time I've purchased this shoe rack. One for each of my kids. It's so easy to put together and I love that it's adjustable to fit any space. It has really helped to organize their closets. I would think this would work well for dorm rooms since they're limited on space. It states that you can stack them but we haven't done that yet. It's good to know that there's room for growth!

Instructions are compact but are straight forward. I wish there was a non slip guard on the poles or rubber. Best feature is that it pulls out and expands sideways. Will purchase again.

Perfect resizable shoes rack!
I was looking for a shoe-rack that fit until I found this! First I found it on The Container store which is around 40-35$ on sale. Lucky me I found the same on Amazon with perfect price! I got 2 racks and put it together. made me closet looks great! Love Love Love this rack!

Unstable, shoes fall through
I bought this for my RV but it's pretty unstable so shoes fall through. If the bars were level it might be different, but then it might be too short for larger shoes. It needs to have a level wider and floor on each level to really work like it should. I don't really recommend this. It was easy to assemble and had a great storage capacity, but the good ends there.

Shoes slip off rack
This shoe rack is a frustrating disappointment. The metal bars are way too slick to hold any shoes on the rack. It feels like the equivalent of a non-stick pan. Because the bars are set at an angle, and not level, shoes just constantly slide off. I've tried adding anti-slip tape, but the bars are so slippery, the tape won't even stick to it. Also, the vertical space between bars is too small. Only flats, sandals, and the lowest of low-profile shoes will fit. Even, normal men's workout shoes won't even fit, high-tops and boots are completely out of the question unless you remove one of the tiers to create more space.

Easy
I’ve owned one of these shoe racks before so I knew I was getting what I wanted. I was able to fit 30 pairs of shoes on it including under the bottom row, at its most extended capacity. I put it together in about 10 mins or less. Very happy with this product.

Good purchase
Perfect size for what i needed, bought 2 of them for my walk in closet. Good quality but was missing some of the rubber ends

waiting for company to reply to my request after building
I submitted the request to the company so waiting for their reply. Overall pleased, would buy again, only request is for the option to have a slightly less angled shelf for the shoes as with mens shoes and no heal on a number of them, they slide off the rack and need to be re-set on the shelf due to the angle being too steep. Other than that, happy with it and really like the option to extend to fit the width needed in the closet.

Poor Quality Control
One of the bars would not attach to the other side... We had to be very creative in how to position the bags to hide the one bar that was poorly shaped.
