Inspired Beauty with an Easy Put - Together
I am so happy I bought this product. One of the reasons I chose this entry way piece was because I had such good fortune with two Amazon kitchen cart purchases by Whitmor. This third purchase has solidified my trust in their products. It was an easy assembly (easier if I had been more mindful of the process - see below.) The end result looks great and works well for me. I even added some baskets have it align more with my needs and expand my decor theme. My two disappointments: (1) the panels are not real solid wood (like the kitchen carts) rather a really high quality veneer product. Unless I'm looking at it from 6 inches away, I can't tell (I'm just a purist.) (2) the little hooks look super cool, except each has a small hole on top that I think is not visually appealing. Again, from a distance, I can't see them. They do provide you with hardware to attach to wall, yet not allowed in my rental unit, and since I don't have children about, it seemed a good compromise to simply raise the front castors higher than the rear ones, so it slants in towards the wall. I gave the sturdiness factor 4 stars, because it does have a bit of a wobble up top, and I think it would have been unsafe without the wall attachment, however I eliminated this problem by my adjustments - as it rests against the wall. I will give you a head's-up on the directions. While they actually are super easy to follow, they have one error and one glitch.... So, be aware and save yourself some time and effort: 1.) Do not tighten your hex screws fully until each adjacent element has aligned & fitted. You may have a carpenter's awareness of this. If not, this concept most specifically applied for me when I went to add in the wood bench seat, wooden slats, and the top horizontal tube. That being said, not fully tightening any of them until the adjacent factors were adjoined, would have made my assembly journey easier. Just tighten 'er all up at the end so there's space and grace to add to each element in assembly (with the exception of assembling the bench board's horizontal slats.) 2.) The directions are numbered, yet they flow top to bottom, rather than from left to right. So, when you flip over to read page two, and get so excited you're getting near completion, don't do what I did and read step nine before step 6. While the instructions are clear & in English, as I usually read left to right, I forgot to look at the numbers in the steps when I flipped the page (the sections do not have defined boxes.) Luckily, I did not end up attaching it to the wall before going on to step 6 or I would have been ###.

the bench area is amazing. And shoe rack is legit. Instructions are ok at best. My complaint is that the hooks for purses, coats, and hats are flimsily. You have to nail them in for it to feel secure. Aside from the it feels wobbly too. So bottom part A+ top part D-

Feels wobbly
I like the looks, it was well packaged for minimal damage to the metal and wood. All the parts were there, including a strap to attach it to the wall for meeting earthquake safety minimum needs. Just, it’s wobbly towards the top. Add some coats and it threatens to topple over and that makes it feel dangerous before factoring in having a toddler about. The hooks also don’t stay in place, so expect to fiddle every time you put a coat or hat away.

Serves it's purpose.
I needed an easy way to organize a bunch of stuff (dog leashes and collars, hand sanitizer, winter boots, coats) at the entry door. This bench/rack does it. I also ordered a hanging wire basket from Amazon and use it for keys, flashlight and other small items. It works great. It was easy to put together (about 20 minutes for one person). It's light and small enought to be moved around if necessary. The bench and under-seat shelves are sturdy, but the coat rack tower fills flimsy and wobbly. It's fine for the price, but just be aware that the top part sways and moves some when handing stuff.

Saved my sanity!
We absolutely LOVE this!!!! It’s saved my sanity for sure. We used to keep our bags and shoes all over the house and now my daughter, fiancé, and myself have a home for all of it. It was insanely easy to put together so if you’re intimidated by the rack, forget that feeling. I’m a small person and I could have done it myself. Being able to move the hooks any time is really neat, and the space this has saved in my house is so unreal. Worth every penny!!

Pretty, but flimsy as it gets taller.
We bought this as an entryway item to be used for shoes and light jackets by our front door. The lower bench & shelf portion is solid & very useful. As you put the uprights on to build the coat hook area the whole structure becomes flimsy & wobbly. Makes it not so nice and definitely not usable. So, my husband modified mine a bit to just be a bench with a small back piece using the very top of the rack and one of the hook boards. I like this much better and don't have to worry about it collapsing or falling over on the wall or a person. It definitely could use some better bracing or rigidity.

Perfect for changing needs!
My house has no coat closet, and based on the seasons we switch which door we use daily, so I can MOVE my coat rack as I rearrange! Sure, it leans a little when you put a bunch of weight on the upper hooks, but nothing concerning and it's holding up great for the price. My kids, who are 10 and 12, assembled them.

Looks good but quite flimsy
This hall tree fits nicely into the space and serves the purpose. The seat seems sturdy enough to take a substantial amount of weight and we can fit some ankle high boots on the shelves below which is nice for winter. The hooks and framing above the seat however, are thin and not sturdy at all. I would not hang heavier coats from there. It also scratches the wall so I had to stick on some furniture pads behind the frame to stop it from rubbing against the wall. It's too overpriced for the quality that it is. I would not buy again.

Buena zapatera
Compré esta zapatera en descuento y la verdad es que me gustó. Me gusta el estilo industrial que tiene ya que combina muy bien con los muebles. El único detalle a considerar es que los ganchos no son fijos, se pueden acomodar a tu gusto (ventaja) pero al momento de quitar algo de ellos te los puedes llevar (desventaja). Obviamente se puede resolver pegándolos pero en mi opinión me gusta distribuirlos de vez en cuando
