Helped organize my boots

Great for organizing. But which it closed on the sides. Boots can fall out easily. But still works.

Boot Inserts Not Included

Supposed to come with 1 pair of boot inserts. It did not. Really they should include 3. If there's an issue you're supposed to contact the manufacturer, Whitmor, and not the seller. So I did. We'll see if they reply. If they do I'll let you know. I like the hanging boot file; it works, is sensible. Keeps the boots off my small closet floor. Because no inserts I'm only giving 3 stars. I would have given 4. Whitmor replied promptly. At first they said inserts were not available. I pointed out to them that it states one is included on the pkg. and if that's not the case that needs to be corrected. They decided to send me another hanging boot file with insert. My rating stays the same though. Got the hanging boot file with 1 pair of boot inserts. The inserts are these plastic things that you have to blow up like blowing up a balloon. Not what I expected, disappointed. Changing to 4 stars instead of 3. That's because their customer service was excellent.

Good for value

I purchased this item for my boots that don't have a box like my rain boots. The only down side is that since I wear a size 9 they were not completely covered once I placed them in the slots.

Great storage

I put my ugg boots in this . I did put desiccant bags in as the opening is large but it’s great in the storage closet with winter coats.

Holds three pair of knee boots

It’s perfect for holding stiff boots but my soft boots collapse. I need some inserts for those boots for them to store neatly. I hung these over my shoe storage units and it acts like a cover for them. I’m mostly pleased with these.

Good in theory, not so good in practice.

It's cheap and it does what it claims to do, for the most part. I saw some reviews from people saying that they couldn't fit their boots because there wasn't enough space. I am honestly wondering what kind of boots they were using. If it hits below the knee and doesn't have a super high heel it should fit. The issue I ran into has to do with the shape of boots/shoes in general. The simple fact that a heel is narrower than the ball of the foot means that the heel end takes up less surface space than anywhere else on the boot. The heel will sit lower in the flexible plastic causing the boot to tilt backwards. If you have the hanger somewhere it won't get bumped often or if you don't mind adjusting your boots regularly, then this is very much the product for you. I personally became rather annoyed while trying to get it situated in my closet. It took many adjustments of the placement of my boots to get them to a spot where they wouldn't tilt too far and fall out. I haven't returned it because I do have a few pairs I don't wear often and am fine shoving to the back of my closet.

Holds three pairs of FLAT knee high boots, heeled knee high boots are likely to need folding at the top to fit.

Game changer for tall boot storage

This is such a great idea and product! My tall boots all fit perfectly and it looks so neat and tidy. I would never be able to fit these on the floor of the closet. Vertical storage is awesome. My only other comment is that they could have included more of the inflatable pillows to put inside the boots - they only sent one set.

Little short for tall boots but good space saver

Better for short boots not quite tall enough even for the knee high. The fit but you kind of half to fold them at the top

Boots don't fit

Waste of time and money. My calf length boots did not fit in at all and even when they were slightly scrunched there is nothing to stop them falling out again. No use at all.
