Holds a lot!

I love this tote! It’s been amazing to hold my recycling! I will be buying another one so that I can keep my recycling sorted and easier to put into the recycle bins in town. It’s been extremely durable and super easy to clean when needed.

After ten years it's basically like new

I have had this bag for ten years and it gets used daily and emptied once a week. I'm only back because my kittens peed on it so I have to replace it. I highly recommend it.

LIFESAVER

I live in the Bay Area, where recycling is like a religion. Living in an apartment and refusing to spend $100+ on a garbage/recycling can(s), meant that my recycling was semi-sorted, semi-piled on top of my refrigerator. When I could stack no more, I would take it down to the myriad of color coded trash cans at the back of my apartment complex. Thinking about how this product was going to make my life easier had me so excited that I was tracking every moment of this lifesaver's journey to California. Originally from the east coast, where recycling isn't really part of our lifestyle, I had always wondered how to get my glass bottle/aluminum can deposits back (I hear that my local Whole Foods actually returns deposits) but hadn't figured out how I would take my recyclables in. Some of the reviews had me worried that it wouldn't stand up on it's own. It does. It's sturdy enough that even without anything inside it stands up. It's a great size! It's NOT small but it's not too bulky that it takes up a lot of space. I really like the quality construction. The aesthetic is spot on. It looks great in my kitchen. I'm able to fit it lengthwise between the refrigerator and the wall or I can place it widthwise in front of a shelving unit. The top of my refrigerator is clear! I was able to easily put 4+ weeks of aluminum cans/plastics/cardboards and I still have room to spare. I was surprised that it's not at all heavy or bulky when full; it makes it really easy to carry down to the trash or car. This is a GREAT BUY!

STURDY even when overfilled

Man, this thing is tough, I love it! Great for when you live in a condo building and need to carry your recyclables downstairs. People always ask me about it in the elevator! Great purchase.

Just What We Needed

I relied on other's reviews before purchasing. We do not have street recycling available and use Walmart's recycling center bins to recycle. We had been using empty cardboard boxes for plastic, paper, cardboard. What a mess that was in appearance. I measured the space I had available in my small kitchen and this fit perfectly against a wall. As other's stated, the paper grocery bags do indeed fit each separation making lifting a paper bag of plastic bottles out easy when recycling. My husband likes the grab by the handles and go feature. The bag fits nicely in the trunk and it's so much easier to grab one bag over multiple boxes of recyclables. There is just the two of us, so it takes 2-3 weeks before the bag is full enough to make the trip to recycle. Our trash can contains less than half of what we normally trashed. Most weeks we only have one bag of trash in the can as opposed to three we had prior to recycling. This is a great recycling bag. I highly recommend it.

Great large, strong carry-all...

This is a sturdy, lightweight bag. We were looking for something to haul bottles and cans to the depot. This was the perfect find for the job, I looked for a few hours and was dismayed at the lack of products that suited our needs. Space is at a premium in our home and we all know how much space cans and bottles take-up. This thin, long and tall bag has aluminum handles with foam rubber for added comfort, they're very durable and mounted to the bag securely. It will take a lot of weight and can handle it well. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good strong bag.

Great quality and sturdy

Very sturdy and stand up on its own :) I love that it’s segregated, big enough to hold loads but small enough to tuck away in a corner. The handles are great making it super easy to bring down to my recycling bins :)

Very roomy

I live in a condo and I wanted a recycling sorter that would be easy to store in my kitchen and then when the time came, just pick up and take to the garbage room to sort. I saw this and thought it was perfect. I did check the dimensions and I knew it was going to be longer than the area I wanted it for, but I figured it would look fine. It's actually a bit deeper than I thought it was going to be so it's too big for the kitchen. Luckily, I do have a laundry room so it's going to live in there for now. I also too another reviewer's advice and cut up the cardboard box the sorter came in to put in the bottom of the bag so it would stand on its own. Otherwise, it's just like a regular cloth bag and won't stand on the floor if there's nothing in it. All in all a good purchase.
