Hydrating
This will leave your skin very soft and glowing. You don’t need a lot when applying but stings a little if you have eczema.

I love the feel and smell.
I tried the original skin food, but it was too thick. This lighter version is very nice. I wear it when I go to bed at night and underneath my makeup in the daytime. The fragrance is clean, and although I enjoy it when I first apply it, the smell dissipates after a while, which is good.

Best skin/face cream on the planet
I've been using Weleda Skin Food for decades. The original thicker cream for colder weather to protect against the elements and the Light cream for daily use. I use the Skin Food Light on my face and neck. It absorbs beautifully. The texture is perfect, the essential oils blend creates the most heavenly aroma. You only need a small amount to cover the whole face and neck. It's spreads really nicely. The price is fine, a little cheaper would be ideal. My only real problem is the packaging. As far as I know, it's not recycle-able. But it will depend from country to country I'm sure. TOP TIP: When you can no longer squeeze the cream out, cut off the end and access the rest of the cream that way. There is always so much left!

Fresh
I have psoriasis, so I need to be really careful with what I am putting on my skin. This has a powerful scent, which worried me, but it just leaves the face smelling and feeling really fresh. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and it’s made my skin really hydrated and soft. I have that ‘glass’ skin look and get compliments all the time. It’s also really lovely under make up! They do a thicker version too which is best for night time routine.

Possibly fake
I've used this cream for years wheh I buy of off amazon the smell texture and consistency is totally different to the one I buy in Holland and Barrett. The one off amazon even breaks me out on spots. I am starting to think the ones on here are fake. Buy one off here and then buy one in Holland and Barrett and you will see what I mean.

Fabulous alternative to Augustinus Bader
I stumbled across this product whilst looking online to alternatives for Augustinus Bader Rich cream. It really is good. I don’t put it near my eyes as they tend to stream with most products and it is heavily scented but it’s an ok smell so bearable. There is a rich alternative to the light version but I find the light version is still rich enough for my skincare routine. Also works well over toner and under make up. I like it a lot.

Really helped my facial skin
This was recommended to me by my sister who has a small business selling all sorts of beauty products. This has done a really good job in helping with my dry facial skin. I am also bald and it has helped on the top of my head as well. My sister uses it as well which is a good recommendation for me. You only need a small bit each time and that does my face and entire head.
