Seller stellar, product not so much
Purchased this to “take the cord out “ of the process and make blending over the stove easier. The product itself was everything I wanted until I tested the second battery- DEAD OUT OF THE BOX. I tried to get support from Waring and got NO RESPONSE for three web requests using their customer service link and on message left on their customer service phone line. The seller Katom engaged them on my behalf, determined that they could not secure a replacement battery and then arranged for a painless return and refund. LOVE the seller, disappointed in the manufacturer and I have many commercial grade Waring products that work fine. A little more research yielded that Waring appears to have a “systemic” problem with the batteries for this product

El producto no lleno mis expectativas la batería se carga rápido pero también se descarga solo dura quizás 10 a 20 min es muy cansado mantener el dedo pulsando para que esté encendida la verdad no me gusto el producto y quisiera que me la remplazará one hicieran la devolución del dinero

Very effective with a long battery life.
This blender has a brushless motor and so battery efficiency is very high. The battery lasts longer and the blender can do more work between charges. Can blend 2 gallon recipes with no problems.

Disappointed ????
My husband bought this for me for Christmas. I am a prep cook at a restaurant and had this on my wish list. He got the one that came with 2 batteries. I was ecstatic opening it up. But, for how expensive this was, I was surprised how cheap it feels. Light flimsy plastic casing. One of the batteries was defective straight out of the box. The LED lights quit working the second day of use. Motor disappointingly weak. Can't deal with artichoke spinach dip without constantly ceasing up, and that was a selling point for crying out loud. Forget trying to get any customer service either. No email contact. Phone or fax only??? Then nobody ever answers the phone or returned my messages ???? I just wanted a replacement battery for the defective one. Not going to pay another 95$ for a new one. I still use it for batters and salad dressing etc but am very disappointed with this "commercial" immersion blender. Save your money and skip this one.
