Not a lot of options so I'll try to make it work
I read the negative reviews on this, but didn't see anything else available on Amazon prime. Before buying it, I called around to all the local bike shops to see if any of them had skirt guards. None of them actually laughed at me while I was on the phone with them, but they made it clear they didn't have anything that would protect your garments from the wheels. (One place advertised themselves as being specifically geared towards commuters who bike... do they think no one wears skirts to work anymore?!?) When I first opened my package, I thought I'd only gotten 1 guard and that the plastic felt kinda cheap and flimsy. Then I realize there were in fact 2 guards, but they were half as strong as I originally thought. Still, probably this is stronger than the crocheted ones on Etsy. :-P I bought this to use on my new eBike. I didn't measure the size of my wheels and just went by what the two listing said. This guard seems too large for my bike and my bike's gearing and breaks seem a bit more complicated and larger than a normal bike. I'm probably going to take some of my own zip ties and attach it to the posts that are already there. So, yeah. If you've got another option that might be better, try that because this isn't a diamond in the rough. But, if you can't find anything else, it's probably better than yarn.

Electric Beach Cruser Rear Fender
I will be carrying my grandson in a carrier on the back of my electric bike. His carrier will have safty straps for his feet but I wanted a bit more protection for him. I liked that it is plastic to be lighter and quieter. I am risking that the friction from the skirt guard may run the paint but safty is most important. Installing: ..I put mine on more to the front of the fender for the child carrier. I did not place it for skirts ;) ..the springs..I attached them so they were secure and not getting in the way of the workings of my bike. Also make sure everything is fitting well so nothing is flimsy to get caught in the spokes or any workings of the bike. ..See my photos for more tips pro's Light weight Easy to install Good price Cons No instructions It did take me 20 mins because I was working around the rear basket :)

Low end, inexpensive guard.
The main flaw is that this 2 piece set is supposed to go on the left and right side of a tire, yet both pieces are identical - have not put them on the bike yet, bit it seems this might be a problem as the straps on top of the guards both go in the same direction. They are flexible and assume we can bend one set back the opposite direction, yet it does seem very cheap. I will update my review after attaching then and add pictures.

Returned
The bike is to big to ride making the product unnecessary.

They do the job
These look as they appear, but feel cheap. I hope they hold up. Directions were not included and would be nice to save time, although they can be easily figured out.

Requires rear fender; works great
These dress guards (like all dress/coat guards that I have seen) must be mounted as a pair over a rear fender. The photo looks like there might be clips to attach to the fender directly, but actually they are straps to attach the two guards to each other across the top of the fender. The plastic is fairly stiff, so that clipping to the seat stays or dropouts at the bottom with the little spring and hook assembly is almost redundant. There are more beautiful handmade dress guards available on etsy, but for the price I'm happy with the way these work. I don't have a dynamo or ring lock, so I can't comment on how functional the cutout might be. The guards don't interfere with the caliper brake.

Very cheap and low quality.
The media could not be loaded. I first picked this up at my door and discovered that it was unusually light. I felt it and yes it was in fact the product I ordered, and then I opened it. I didn’t read the black plastic part in the description (bad on me), so I won’t return it, but this thing should sell for maybe $2. It has really small super cheap looking wire tie type of attachments and 2 cheap looking springs. It is very low quality and I’m sorry I ever purchased it. I’ll order from my local bike shop next time.

Needs a fender to work and good for cross winds
With a few tie wraps and a fender, I was able to adapt it to my Trek Transport bike. Wish it was cheaper but is saved me time from making my own and the design lets the cross wind through easier that solid plastic version you find on Yuba bikes.
