Boxes

Worked well to move my tv. I wrapped the tv in bubble wrap and then used these to make a box for it. Worked well

Takes lots of taping to put together. Not as easy as I thought it would be

Had a extra large mirror and it was hard to but it on the mirror and had to tape it as when I moved it to pu two more on the cover the mirror the first two cam apart so need to take the first set then try and cover the second set.

Good value, but pain to assemble

I'm pretty good at assembling stuff, but putting these boxes together was a pain. The listing makes it seem easy, but it isn't. You get these pieces, but no instructions. Supposedly the manufacturer has an online video to help guide you, but I can't find it. After several minutes I finally figured things out. Before boxing your stuff up, I suggest wrapping it in bubble wrap, and the kind with large bubbles. Also, be sure you have lots of tape, because you'll need it to securely close up everything. Don't skimp on the tape! I bought these because they were less expensive than the glass/artwork/TV boxes you'll find at Uhaul. But next time I move I'll shell out a few extra bucks to get boxes that you don't have to struggle to put together.

Great boxes for transporting pictures

Great boxes for moving pictures and mirrors. A lot of packing tape is needed to secure the box and you'll need to add wrapping or padding to prevent your picture from moving front to back. Watch the video... it is helpful. It is easier to do larger pieces with two people.

These make good, strong boxes

I've packed many boxes - all types - and I like these. The cardboard is really heavy and sturdy. But the other reviewers are right - these aren't actually "boxes." They are pieces of cardboard that you have to make into a box. I only gave it 4 stars b/c a lot of people seem to need directions and there aren't any. But I figured it out pretty easily. Get LOTS of tape because these do require a lot of taping. But they are much sturdier than the other standard mirror/picture boxes that I bought.

Good packing material

These larger packing boxes are way too expensive. (It does not matter who the manufacturer is. They are ALL like this.) These boxes are a little confusing when you first try to figure them out, but I can see why they designed them this way. I wish they had instructions. It's not so easy to figure out. They are really good because they adjust to the size of the mirror/painting. I was happy with them.

Versatile and strong

The boxes are exceptional for packing my awards certificates, and pictures- strong, and easy to pack. They are a little difficult to figure out when packing a large framed item; you have to overlap the ends to get it to fit. I went back on Amazons web site, and after reading the product description, found a 2nd page that had directions and diagrams on how to use 2, 3, and 4 boxes to fit larger items- a copy of this diagram in the box would have been useful...
