Handy kit

This was great to repair a large mirror that the screws had pulled out of. I was also able to replace the wire on the back of one of our paintings. Lots of different hooks and screws and nails to fit whatever project you may have. Definitely worth the price!

Came with everything described. However, it would have been more convenient to store if the pieces came in a re-sealable container. Also, descriptions/names of the items would be helpful to beginners learning which types of hangers are appropriate for different types of items.

Mostly junk

This kit contains China quality items, most of which you'll never use. There are numerous tiny nails that I cannot imagine would be useful for any but doll mirrors. The wire was strong and useful but there was only one pair of wire hanging loops. The packaging is poor, difficult to open, and the items scatter all over when you finally get the thing open. I wish I had just stopped in at the hardware and gotten the few items I really needed for the one mirror I had to hang. I hate to throw things away but that will doubtless be the fate of the rest of this "kit". I'll keep the wire!

holds a huge heavy mirror

I still can't believe my eyes - those 2 tiny crooks (we probably could even use only one, but opted for two for more security) hold a heave wooden framed mirror. The handymen in our building told as it would be a big job to have it fixed and we would need to arrange for extra service for that. Luckily, our friend recommended this system - the job was done by my husband alone in 15 minutes!

Excellent Hanging Kit for new apartment

Got this to help out my daughter set up her new manhattan apartment. Everything you need to hang posters-large and small, frames, mirrors, etc. Make sure you have a hammer! I like to put a small piece of tape over the drywall before hammering a nail into it- helps the paint not to crumble and also makes for an easier patch job when its time to move out or repaint.

Used To Hang Various Sized Pictures
