Not perfect, but a great substitute
I have an issue with texture and sensation and thought these would be itchy, but the fabric is very soft and comfortable. It's stretchy, snug, and it doesn't pinch my legs or body. It doesn't look or feel like a diaper. It's more like cheeky briefs with a high waist, which honestly, isn't a good sign for period briefs because it doesn't cover the whole bottom. I wish the actual pad was thicker. My period is medium to heavy and under eight hours, the bottom of the pad liner felt a little moist. It didn't bleed through. And another is that for some reason the sides of the liner curl and bunches in on itself, which creates leaks and damp liner. It could be because of my body structure or the way I sleep or maybe the pad is too big for me. I used the Always brand as well and the same thing happens. Regardless, I'm going to continue using this brand. It's a lot better than a pad and a period cup for me. Update: I still use these, and my biggest complaint is that they sort of turn into a thick period thong after an hour or two of wear. It's not the worst wedgie, but not something you should expect on your period. Because of this, you may experience leaks, but if you let the wedgie stay, it'll keep absorbing. I would like to see the company create boy shorts or something that covers the whole butt rather than making less sexy/aesthetically pleasing period underwear like these because it's not a substitution for function. However, I don't think this brand deserves all of these one star reviews. I don't want to see companies quit making period underwear altogether because the idea works, just not the design. Anyway, if they rip when you try to pull them on, there's nothing wrong with the product, they're just too small, and you need a larger size. They're very stretchy, and shouldn't have to be forced on.

Fit isn’t size inclusive
If you are even an XL in pants, these won’t work. They have two sizes and the large isn’t big enough for a larger behind. I could see them being really comfortable if they fit. I originally got them for postpartum bleeding which I think they would work well for if you were smaller

Game Changer
Easily the most comfortable out of all the brands. Normally I’m an Always girl. These beat the always period panty by a mile. Flexible fit, absorbent, and comfortable. Also, unnoticeable when wearing pants. Those who mention tearing, of course. You have to be gentle. It’s not like a material panty you can tug and pull on. The large accommodates up to a size 18 comfortably due to the way it’s made. Don’t hesitate, grab them! Makes sleeping through the night easy peasy.

What works for you may not work for everybody
It’s feels like you have a lightweight diaper on, the absorbency is okay, I have a medium/heavy flow and it holds enough for me. However, the material of the diaper is cheaply made, so if your not extremely gentle with it, it will rip around the part that you put over your waist.

They are good, not great
These are ok. They work for light periods.

Game-changing
I love these. They feel like wearing nothing and I haven’t had a single problem with leaks. The only issue I have is that these are a little thin material-wise so if you’re not careful they’ll rip.

Life Changer!
These things are amazing! Coming from someone who has PCOS and Adenomyosis, I have extremely heavy periods at times. To have something to completely keep me comfortable throughout the night is a game changer. These are great to workout in too. 100% worth buying

Love them! Comfy
So I haven't used them for period use only have used them for postpartum bleeding after birth. This is the second time I have used them and I love them. They are comfy enough if you order the correct size. That way they are loose enough and not too constricting. They give you a sense of normalcy. I don't stay in the given hospital gown at all after birth. I switch into my own clothing items.so these are perfect for that.

The BEST
I have been wearing incontinence underwear during my period at night because no pad is long enough to stop leaks. They were never perfect, sometimes still leaked, and were definitely uneccesarily bulky for my period needs, but there were no other options. Now they finally made period underwear! Finally! These are so comfortable, not bulky, and have full protection up the back of the underwear. I wear the S/M and I'm 125lbs 5'6". Never going back! I did research before buying these, and the other competition is scented, but these are unscented. These are also all black so they look pretty normal and not stupidly feminine with flowers etc. Easy choice.

Rest assured!
Make sleeping with a very heavy flow much less stressful. They do feel like a diaper lol but give you the confidence that you’re not going to leak on expensive sheets.

feels like plastic
These are terrible. Decided to try these post partum instead of the Always Discreet because I wanted something unscented. They feel like plastic and are super itchy. They are definitely unscented... they smell terrible. They smell worse than my own odors so I can't see them helping in that department that's for sure!

Much better than others
I've tried many overnight pads and the Always brand period underwear. These are much better than any of the others. They don't have smelly chemicals that irritate my skin like some brands. I've never had a leak while wearing these. They're very comfortable and very soft. They look kind of weird coming out of the box, but they look fairly normal once they're put on.

Easily rips and not postpartum friendly
I purchased these for postpartum thinking about how much I loved the U by Kotex tampons.. I was surely disappointed. I bought a size large (the largest these run to by the way) and when trying to pull them up, they ripped. This left me having to run and grab another one praying it wouldn’t rip again or hopefully fit. I got the second pair on and they were the most uncomfortable, stiff feeling disposable underwear I’ve worn since my c section.
