not an extension hose.
Not an extension hose, The universal end fits my garage temporary heater. But the other end would only fit some regulators. I cut off regulator end fitting, & used a 5/16" hose barb, with doubled crimp clamps, to extend my hose.

DO NOT DO THIS IF ! you don't know what you are doing,you don't have to be a rocket scientist or even a plumber but you should at least know that the brass fittings that make this mate to anything come in too many configurations to give you all of them with this EXTENSION hose for under $20,this is just like any other tool,you buy it and buy the appropriate fittings,most are available here on amazon under $5.This certainly IS an extension hose and if it didn't work for you then you bought a hose with the wrong fittings to start with ! FIRST,carefully note the size,(in this case 3/8ths on both ends but one end is female,the other end 3/8 but male),thread type (NPT (or national pipe thread,both ends) BUT if what you are trying to get connected TO and or FROM wont fit right on tightly and without any wobbling and especially without and gas leaks or smells,and it very often WONT FIT,dont panic,go to depot show them the hose,tell them what you are trying to do,buy the right ones for connecting both ends,OH and be happy you can get this done on the cheap at all,simply because it is DANGEROUS if done incorrectly and could cause serious damage,injury,or death if you dont know what you are doing just pay someone who knows what to do a quick hondo to do it right and have a nice appliance and a nice life.

Arrived insanely fast - delivered on a Sunday of all things. Works good it's worth noting in my case I wanted to take the stock hose off of a Char-broil product and use this extension but it didn't work. I had to go to the hardware store and buy an adapter. The adapter I needed was 3/8" female PIPE to male FLANGE

Stiff and non flexible
This hose is so stiff and hard, that it is difficult to roll up or tuck into a compartment. Not my best purchase.

I bought this gas hose to hook up my BBQ to my 1/2-inch house pipe for unlimited propane gas. Works fantastic and allows me to move my grill around a bit. (If you buy one, also buy a short, yellow (12") flex gas line that comes with all the fittings you will need to hook it up to your house pipe outlet. Very simple!)
