Great design
I really like this rack and how they came up with a way to mount specific types of bikes with suspension systems. The only issue so far is I’m having trouble getting it to grip the forks on my MTB. I can tighten them well yet the rack seems to slowly work it’s way down the fork. Now this might be solely because the fork material is rather slick so it doesn’t bite down. I’m thinking of some light tack or rubber strips below the Velcro straps to increase hold. If anyone has a suggestion I’d appreciate it, but until then I’ll come up with something.

Terrific for my fat tire ebike
I use this rack on my Aventon Aventure fat tire ebike and I like it a lot. It's useful as hell when I need it and still looks great when I'm not using it. You're either somebody who's going to use this everyday or you're not and if you're not then i still recommend it for you because you'll still be glad it's there if you ever need it and if it is there then you'll use it more than you thought you would in the first place. I do think these racks should be a bit cheaper though! Geez.

Fits RAD Rover 5 and probably many others
The rack itself is pretty good quality and gives you a lot of flexibility on your bike. The mounting system is terrible it’s just like a Velcro hook and loop type of mount which isn’t sturdy enough for any kind of use at all. But a couple of hose clamps from Home Depot make them nice and tight and I don’t think this thing is gonna go anywhere I’m not planning on putting very much weight on it but it probably could take a little bit of weight I just been planning to strap jackets and maybe chairs things like that to it from going to the beach or longer rides. Looks good on the RAD Rover!

Not That Good for the Price
As other Reviews have said, the mounting system is not very good. It should have some sort of clamping and bolt on mount, not Velcro straps. Even if one can tighten down the straps, there’s just not enough torque one can apply with the hand and screws to secure them tight enough. Even so, straps slip. Also, the material of the screws is very shaky. I suspect if you have to torque them often because of slipping and needed adjustment, they will soon strip out, as one other Reviewer commented above. The Velcro straps slip down the front forks under load. Not overload. If you decide to keep this rack and use it for Packing you will probably need to do what the one fellow did by securing the rack with hose clamps or some other Jerryrig, not the system that comes on this rack. The other matter is that the rack is very close to the front tire on the Fathom 29 inch MB. If you run into mud, the mud is going to catch on the rack because it is so close to the tire. It may work for you if you’re doing light commuting with 10 lbs (~ 5 kg) or less, and if the terrain is not very rough with potholes, bumps, etc….. But you may find it will still need to be readjusted in time depending on how much you ride and where. I would not recommend this rack for off-road use, unless you reinforce it somehow as was mentioned above. Try the Thule racks. They seem better envisioned for the price though they also use straps to mount, but not Velcro. And the Thule rack is not perfect either. It does not provide enough strapping to fit around 42 mm forks on a MB. But this is in another Review. Hopefully some better quality items will appear in the future for MBs lacking accessories mounts.

Good product, expensive, quite heavy, forget returning it.
Took a while to get it set up and adjusted to my Trek Rail but not too difficult. Seems quite sturdy but, even without a bag on it, my steering is affected by its weight. Even being very careful, the black paint is already chipping from a very short paved ride with no bag on it. I pondered sending it back but probably won’t because I’d end up paying return shipping ($10) AND a 10% restock fee for the return. I may find it useful. My suggestion would be to try a rear rack first. PS My existing Racktime Odin bag with the SnapIt system does fit but it needed to adjusted to work.

Exactly what I was looking for
Fit my E-bike perfectly. Easy to install and feels very sturdy. Ordered the Topeak basket after making sure the rack fit. Love both.

Don’t buy this for a Genesis Encline
I picked up a genesis incline Mountain bike at Walmart. The tetra rack system is unique in the fact that it can be used on suspension Mountain bikes. Although the rear rack can be mounted with a little bit of modification. Mainly the rear fork has to be flipped over and the rear shifter cable will need to be replaced. The front rack cannot be mounted to the front fork due to a reinforcement detail which is too low on the fork. The only solution would be to replace the fork with an aftermarket one. This is probably what I will do to correct this issue. Good product but specifically not for the genesis incline.

El mejor Rack
Aparte de su gran diseño, la calidad es muy buena y permite viajar cómodamente con las maletas topeak. El único inconveniente es que se despinta muy rápido con el uso, pero nada que una pintada después no solucione.
