Cheap

I was really hoping to love this product however I was disappointed when I opened it. The design is basically a clear film they insert inside the tumbler it wouldn’t be an issue if it wrapped all the way around but it doesn’t I ordered this twice thinking it was defective and it wasn’t that’s just how it comes. It makes it look super cheap, very disappointing

Poor Packaging

The cup itself was so cute, and looks exactly like the image. my problem was the packing it came in. it was in a thin bag and i guess in the process of it being shipped it broke. the lid is int two peices and the cup has a crack. it is such an inconvinience returning it because i live overseas...so if you buy it, i hope you get better packaging
