Better than most
Right off you can feel the difference in thickness, compared to others on the market. Every now and then the tabs will tear, but I just readjust and move on. If you are a new caregiver, understand there is no perfect incontinence diaper. But this is about as good as it’s going to get. Pro tip, I put a couple maximum absorbency maxipads inside of this diaper, and it helps tremendously. I have these diapers on AutoShip. They are also fragrance free in case anyone is wondering.

A Solid Mid-Range Option for Adult Briefs
It's no secret that the current pandemic is causing supply chain issues all over the place. One of the results has been difficulty, at times, obtaining needed healthcare and personal supplies including adult briefs. The good news is this has offered me the chance to try a variety of incontinence products and to continue my search for what is really the best option for me. I decided to try these TENA ProSkin Unisex Adult Diapers in Amazon's Subscribe-and-Save option. As a national brand, my hope is that TENA will be able to keep these consistently supplied which I've had some difficulty with recently. I ordered and received the large briefs in a 4-pack with 14 briefs in each pack for a total of 56 briefs. The pricing makes this a pretty solid value. This is especially true with the subscribe-and-save option. I ordered the large size, though I may end up moving up to XL at some point as I find these just a bit more snug than I'd hoped. These are briefs, or diapers, and not pull-ups. They have two paper tapes on the side, a bit of a disappointment and I easily find them the weakest part of these briefs. I've had at least one tape get tangled so far on every single brief. Fortunately, I've been able to untangle them and every brief has worked fine with no ripping of the sides. The cloth-like fabric works well. It's quiet and very comfortable. It's absorbent in the crotch area and it doesn't bunch up when wet. Absorbency is quite solid for urinary incontinence and more mid-range for bowel incontinence. The sides have lots of breathing room, though this may be somewhat challenging if wearing these at night and you sleep on your side which I do. These are comfortable to wear, easy to adjust, and absorbent. I've had very little in the way of daytime leakage. They don't bulk up - so those in work settings can be discreet. They are also very quiet. I wrestled with whether or not these were 3 or 4-star briefs. Truthfully, 3.5 is probably more accurate. These aren't the best I've tried, though there's enough I like about them that I will easily keep using them through a shipment or two and see how it goes before making a final decision. These are a terrific option for those who primarily deal with urinary incontinence, especially those who have an active daily life or continue to work. I think these are fine for anyone with mild-to-moderate bowel issues, though for more severe bowel incontinence a brief with more secure sides/wings may be better. Overall, I'm pleased. These are a solid value and a solid brief and I'll keep using.

Good but not great diaper
As a young person who's fairly active incontinence issues are not easy to deal with. I think these are a relatively good brand especially for the price but there may be better options out there for someone in my situation or a similar one. They absorbed decently but the tabs don't hold on very well. They are also sized extremely small so definitely order a size or two larger if you are purchasing these. I had to return mine for that reason but as always Amazon returned them for me no problem with great customer service!

Good but issues
These are really good for absorbency, they fit really good and stay in place and don't stretch when worn for a few hours The only downside is I got a bad batch because these have left alot of red spots and bumps, even being changed every 2-4 hours, which has never happened with my other medical grade diapers I really wanted to like these but these are the only diapers I've had issues with and maybe I'll give them another try in the future

A Decent Option for Those With Moderate Incontinence Issues
I previously tried the large-size version of these briefs, however, I had some comfort issues due to my body's unique shape and decided to move up a size and see if that could be solved. The end result is sort of mixed. This is a 48-pack of XL-sized adult briefs, or diapers. They are not pull-ups and they are like traditional diapers with two paper tabs on each side to close them. As was true with the large size, I find these tabs ridiculously thin and I'm definitely not a fan. They don't hold well and they tend to get twisted easily. I have a feeling they work better if someone has a caregiver, however, for those who provide self-care, myself included, these are simply more difficult to use. These briefs are ideal for those with moderate incontinence issues. They are cloth-like. This means that they tend to be quieter. They don't tend to bunch up when wet even in the crotch area. These are all great pluses. I don't find them to be very thick, though the absorbency is still pretty solid. I do find the sides to be very weak. So, if you're a side sleeper this may be an issue and is a concern for me. I would probably find these best for urinary incontinence. While they work for bowel incontinence, those with heavy bowel issues will likely want to look for something with stronger backside layers. I do find that these are removed pretty easily and they don't tend to stick to the skin even when wet. Overall, I'd consider these a solid mid-range option for briefs. These are more effective than most pull-up options, though there are some amazing pull-up options. These fall a wee bit short of some brief/diaper options, however, they should work fine for anyone with moderate urinary incontinence or mild bowel incontinence issues. Caregivers should find these easy to work with for the most part. I'm more inclined to say these are ideal for those who are less active, though they are quiet enough and shaped well enough that it's easy to be discreet in public. These won't be a first alternative for me, but in a pinch I would order them again.

Comfy and keeps me dry
These are really nice, they're nice and soft and work really well, my only gripe with these are the tabs are rather small. Minus the small tabs these are great.

Size up!
Great comfortable diaper. I'd recommend sizing up. I usually wear large but after reading some of the comments I saw people were sizing up. I got XL and they fit nice.

If u wear a medium in Tena, get a LG.In medium the tapes don't reach far enough (at least for me).

Originally had posted bad review because of missing items. The seller resolved issue as soon as he was informed. The product works well and we are very satisfied with their performance.
