You might want to consider the regular size kit over this one, because the handle is tiny.
This kit is tiny, the handle is super small with small diameter, if you have large hands I do not recommend this kit, I really do like Tekton tools and that's why I still gave it four stars, but the handle for this set is ridiculously small, the only positive I can come up with, is it will not take up much space in my tool box.

Tiny bits
Needed these to get my small electronic devices open to clean contacts like video game controllers.

Not Bad For The Money
For the price this is a good set. It's not pro quality but will get the average user through a project. The good to buying a lesser quality tool set, or should I say this companies tool sets is that they care and will stand behind the product and quickly ship new bits when a bad one slips by quality control or if some break. The appearance is kind of toy like. Handle is cheap plastic, and you can tell the bits aren't of the best metal. You should be aware of this so not to break a bit if you will need it before a free replacement arrives. I don't mean to come down hard on these tools, it's just that they are what they are. If you need better tools in the micro area there are a couple more makers you should acquaint yourself with. One is Ifixit brand tools. A step up but not the best. I like this set and Ifixit also has a good reputation for sending out replacements. The driver handle is long and comfortable for frequent use. The Tekton is short and stubby to fit into the small case. http://www.amazon.com/iFixit-54-Bit-Driver-Kit/dp/B008KOTNVA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1399257083&sr=8-2&keywords=ifixit+tool+kit Another maker is Protech, small company, good tools, unknown customer service. Quality in between Tekton and Wiha. The driver handle is long and comfortable for frequent use. Then we have the gold standard in micro tools. Wiha. They are German made to professional standards. They cost about ten bucks a tool. Good customer service as well. The driver handle is long and comfortable for frequent use. There you have it. Good, better, and best. This set is good and will get you through most jobs, but it won't last for the very frequent user.

great small portable kit!
purchased 01/2015 on amazon and purchased based on the reviews. April 2020 update: kit is still going strong. I have since passed this down to my 8 year old daughter as part of her xmas toolbox and toolkit she got - since she has grown up practically using this little kit with me. I have since upgraded to bigger and better but for less than $10 this toolset has been put through the ringer! some of the bits are not in the best of shape anymore but still perfectly suitable especially for a kid to bash around with now and continue learning with! ----------- January 2019 update: this tiny kit still remains sitting on my office desk, getting used almost daily for some manner of odds and ends task. it has held up well, all bits still properly intact and functioning as they should. pry tool has held up better than I thought it would although I have a wide variety of other pry tools and only use the kit included for small things. I've "been considering" for a few years now on getting a larger or nicer kit to consolidate down other precision items we've picked up over the years, but this one has held me over. ------------ having a very hodge podge and poorly put together toolset and then marrying into another very sparse and scattered toolset - finding the right tool needed for jobs was a pain in the household. teaching myself electronic repair and also just a general tinkerer who is comfortable taking things apart and troubleshooting them in the first place - decided I needed a nice portable handy micro screwdriver set to replace the junk ones I had. these sit on my desk in the office permanently and never get put away and I'd say there is not longer than a 48 hour period where they don't get some sort of use. these have paid for themselves 30 times over in the past six months - we are also frequent thrifters (hobby, reselling, always hunting something down!) very useful screwdriver set to bring with you for testing things out also. if you ever have a need for smaller tools and screwdrivers and want something nice, treat yourself!

Handy little kit at a good price for a non-professional
Handy little kit that includes twenty bits, two nut drivers and a very very soft plastic spudger. Should be good to open up pretty much any electronics (assuming the manufacturer didn't use tectite to keep the screws in). Pros: -Price price price...considering what you get this is the main driving feature of the Tekton 2830 kit -Small and portable so easy to stick in a backpack or pretty much anywhere -Bits are sturdy, especially considering the price -Spinning endcap makes it easy to screw something in with one hand Cons: -Plastic Handle -Spudger is too soft of a plastic so it started bending on first use -Not magnetic. If you are looking for a magnetic screwdriver you'll need to opt for a more expensive kit -Nut drivers don't sit well in the case and will move around a lot but there are only two of them so not that big of a deal -Clear plastic case either comes dirty or gets dirty/scratched insanely fast. The bits includes are: -T3, T4, T5, T6, T7 T8, T9 tamper star bits, -1 and 5 Pentalobe -0 and 1 Triwing -1, 1.5, 2.5 Flathead -000,00,0,1 Phillips -The nuts are 4 and 5 mm Random bit of criticism: My delivery came with a random staple in the packaging like something was attached to it before and the outer packaging was quite dirty...it makes it seem like these are being resold. Once I cut it out of the packaging, the kit was okay but it seemed a bit weird to me.

Not a Bad Little Kit for the Price
For the price, I paid I would definitely recommend this product for someone who has a small computer repair or an upgrade project planned, such as a laptop or all-in-one computer or a small form-factor computer like a Mac mini, etc. I was upgrading all my Macs with new SSD drives and bought some upgrade kits for the purpose. However, for one of the Macs, I needed a specific Torx (T6) security screwdriver, so I bought a small set of Allen key style screwdrivers that were dirt cheap and discovered they were garbage. I looked again for a low-cost alternative because I knew I was only going to use these screwdrivers probably once or twice. I found the TEKTON 2830 Everybit to be a reasonable compromise for my needs so I ordered it. Pros... Delivery was fast and the price was reasonable. It came in a tiny box and was well packaged. The set has its own sturdy plastic storage case as can be seen in the picture. The quality is reasonably good and the bits are well machined. It is designed for working with electronics as can be seen from the type of bits it includes and the spudger for prying electronic connections and such. Cons... My only complaints are that the screwdriver handle is fairly small; I have small hands for a man and still find it too small. Also, the black end of the screwdriver is designed to let you apply pressure with the palm while you twirl the red body of the screwdriver with your fingers; This is to make it easier to remove or tighten the screw. However, there is too much friction between the black and red plastic to allow it to function as designed.

Top quality!
I decided to purchase this kit because it had the proprietary screw which I needed to upgrade my father's mac mini. I believe it's the TR6 security screw. This is a very nice kit for intricate work on phones/computers. Well worth the money if you need the specific tool bit - cheaper than Ifixit's price for it.

Surprisingly big performance from a small package
Was a little worried about the quality of this product from some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by its performance. Purchased to remove the tiny Torx T5 screws on the underside of my Dell XPS 9530 computer to remove the swollen battery. The kit is neat and keeps everything orderly and easy to see sizing. The handle is decent enough and the screw bits fit easily and securely for use. Only wish the bits were magnetic, as the screws are so small its a bit of a challenge to grab or remove from the hole. Overall quite pleased and would recommend the set.
