Great for aquabag/heavy bag punching bag
A lot of boxers use aqua bag and the everlast hydrostrike and they are both great bur for $100-300 per bag. This is the exact same option for $40-80 way better price. Great bag probably works great as a boat bumper too I'm sure lol

Great Training bag.
I just set this up in my work out room next to my heavy bag. WORKS GREAT! I found it is less abusive to my hands and arms compared to the regular heavy bag. (in my 50's training for my first amateur sanctioned fight ---there are worse hobbies). I have been doing Nate Bowers Heavy bag work outs for condition. Try them if you have not (you tube). I switch between bags depending on combinations. The heavy bag is better for High -/Low combinations, the buoy for straights, hooks and uppercuts. Great addition to training routine. Keep moving and stay healthy all.

quality and customer support
In the first week of February, I have purchased three of these fenders. I took each one out of the shipping box and prior to placing it in service inflated it overnight. The next morning two were deflated with similar leaks at the seam. A call to Taylormade customer service was less than helpful as they only suggested I purchase new valves or send pictures of leaks and they would consider honoring the warranty. They also refused to allow the call to be escalated to management. Over my forty plus years of boating, I have always preferred Taylormade products, but no more as the quality is poor and the customer service is even worse.

Fantastic as a punching bag
Couldn't wait for the spout I ordered. Removed the nozzle/plug. Careful with this little plug, it come apart to two pieces. Screwing it back in the two pieces separated and I almost lost the inner core inside the buoy. Put it back together tightly. Ordered a 5/8" shackle as well. I barely filled any water(due to lack of load bearing attachment points here) at all it's still a ton of fun. Just used a small funnel and filled carefully. I would add small amounts of water till you get the bag doing what you expect from it. Also, in filling, compress buoy every so often to make room for more water. I punched it without the plug and when it gets hit it coughs up spray all of the place. Plugged it back up now and that's fine too. This thing is super tough vinyl that does not look like it will tear anytime soon. I'd recommend adding an eye to eye swivel on your chain.

Works great on all types of slips.
Great size, easy to attach, I suggest putting a plastic tag with your slip or boat name on them in the event they do come loose which I have never happen. But that's because I did put a plastic tag on them with my boat name, phone & slip # for our home marina.

Great if you use a real compressor!
This is a great product but you won't think so unless you understand the inflation mechanism. A needle attached to an air tank compressor is the only way to do it unless you enjoy wasting time and effort. With that said, the needle does not insert through the valve like a typical valve in a sports ball. It only inserts into the hole. The air comes out of the side of the needle and increases pressure in that very small space. It then escapes through the side of the valve past a rubber sleeve that prevents deflation. A hand pump is not going to be the tool of choice. Nor is a 12v compressor type pump. You will need a lot more extra volume than is required to fill the buoy. I would estimate 20-30x. I have a 13 gallon compressor and it dropped from 150 psi to 100 psi filling a buoy to 8#.

Great
Product arrived quickly. Came uninflated which was fine but I just didn't expect it since I've always purchased fenders at a boating store. Filling was easy but time consuming and probably not appreciated by the 2 cars behind me waiting to fill their tires on their lunch hour. Oh well. You will need an inflating needle adapter to fill it up (same as what you would use to inflate sporting equipment). For an order of three of these tuna balls, you think they'd throw one in the box. I've mounted mine permanently on the dock to make docking easier, espectially for those times when I can play hooky in the afternoon on a nice day and sneak off to boat alone. Having these in between my boat and the dock makes backing into the slip, which is perpendicular to the river current, pretty easy--even after several Jack and Gingers. I do wish I would have gotten the 16" instead of the 18" for my application, but I look at it as additional insurance. My boat is 26'.

Works as an Aqua Punching Bag
Fill it with water and use it as a punching bag, if you are a really hard hitter the bag might swing on you, but for most mortals it will work just fine.

Great punching bag boxing
This is a great alternative to the Aqua bag for one third of the price !!!!!!

Faulty product
Lost all the air withing 24 hours. Came with no instructions. Was difficult to fill, and didn't hold after all the effort I made. It would be nice if they tested before they sent, but Amazon always sends me broken junk in a nice new shiny box. Another loss for me through Amazon. I get tired of this BS. Amazon should have to come pick up the garbage they drop off, and not make the customer have to jump through hoops when they did nothing wrong. UPDATE Filled it will water and it has a hole in it. SELLER SHOULD SEND ME A PRODUCT THAT WORKS! I'm not returning due to CORONA. I have no printer.

Good!
This was bought to be used as a boxing heavy bag. Good quality, not the easiest to fill up, but does the job.

Always shop for best pricing on line. Easy and save a ton of money.
Bought 18 inch size for docking alongside other boats. Works great and FANTASTIC PRICE COMPARED TO MARINA STORES.

and its the best heavy bag i've ever used
These are the exact same buoys AQUABAG uses, just without the fancy paint job, and much cheaper. Filled this up with water, and its the best heavy bag i've ever used. love it
