Pretty decent emergency tool
Not as easy to use as separate tools in my tool box. However, carrying around a ton of tools on the bike is not exactly possible. In place of that option this thing does the trick for adjustment and minor repairs in an emergency. It is very easy to carry as it is compact and very solid. I would make sure that it has everything you need with you for your rig. Update-Used tool for four years. Then one of the screws holding it together came out. Was lucky enough to find it but was unable to re-assemble the tool properly. Just can't seem to get the right part in the right place. Sooo, it cost me about $5 per year to use it. I guess that's almost ok. I would have preferred to see it last longer though. In the end I still feel it was a convenient tool to carry for small emergencies close to home. If I were out a couple hundred miles I would want a real tool kit mounted on the bike not this little item. It was ok for minor adjustments and tightening. More than that it isn't good enough.

I do not recommend this to anyone.
I'm thoroughly disappointed in the quality of this product and do not recommend it to anyone! The bits themselves are poorly formed/ machined and the steel has micro pitting new out of the packaging. At the same time of receiving this, I also received a JensonUSA multitool for $14.99 and it's of a better quality with far better made bits. The bits of what I received are not formed like those shown in the product pictures and will round off screws and bolts with regular use. Before owning these two tools, I owned one from Topeak [EDIT: crankbrothers M17] (currently for over $21) and it is a little better in quality to the Jenson tool but far better quality than the swiss+tech. Pictures below are: 2mm swiss, 3mm swiss, 3mm jenson, 2mm swiss, comparison of 3mm swiss to 3mm jenson, pitting on the 4mm swiss, spots on 5mm swiss and comparisons of the swiss torx to the jenson torx bit. EDIT: i tried the chain tool to put on a new 9 speed chain on the MTB and it was useless. 1)There is no way to grip the tool tight enough to screw it and remove the pin, I had to use a spanner as leverage. 2) the little raised portions on the chain tool that the chain fits onto to keep it secure were too high, consequently, the center pin of the tool did not match with the pin of the link and kept going off at an angle. The link was not removed. The Jenson tool removed the link pin in no time at all. Additionally, the reason why I haven't returned this to amazon is because I'm an international customer and shipping alone would be more than the cost of the tool. Don't make my mistake.

Flat and solid. Makes a good tool, not featherweight.
Nice all metal bike tool with the much needed 8mm crank/pedal bolt tightener and emergency chain tool. Yes, it is a little hefty and gets loose under intense usage, but the keys are solid metal. The key length is just enough to clear recesses. The flatness also helps you add torque to your bolts. One of the best complete emergency tools out there. UPDATE: 4/2015: These bits are so strong, I tried to remove my right pedal with the 6mm bit and was torquing it the wrong way with a pipe wrench. I was tightening it instead of removing it. That happened for about 45 minutes, until I realized my error. The tool did not even warp even clamped onto with a pipe wrench. Solid bits. This is a keeper and did I mention that it folds flat and is not bulkly.

It is a super nice tool
It is a super nice tool. I gave it 4 out of 5 because it is heavy. This is all on me as I should have paid more attention to the item description, it says 7.4 ounces, but I have several bike tools that are about the same size that weigh half as much - they are much more expensive. All-in-all, it is a great tool for the price and I will keep it with me as a backup.

A handy little gadget.
A nice, convenient and compact little gadget, superb for those who like little gadgets, like myself. As far as I can tell, the only real down side to it is that the two tyre levers are both mounted side by side and cannot be separated for proper usage, but you can easily get a set of tyre levers anyway.

Way to heavy
Yes it has every tool out there, yes it works amazing. But damn does it have to be soo heavy? The point of it being small is so you can take it anywhere ... i think if i had all those tools separately they would weight about the same. I was gonna keep this in my go bag.. well not anymore..

You can do many jobs with this
This thing is awesome, and I hate everything. It beats a Leatherman hands down. You don't need pliers in your pocket. You need bits and drivers that fold out and crank away. This tool is boss.

Had to return
Despite it's appearance, it is not stainless steel. The tire levers do not provide enough leverage to remove even a semi-stubborn tire. The Mavic spoke wrenches don't fit any common Mavic spoke nipples (like any of the Aksiums or Kysriums). Finally, I don't think the chain tool is 11-speed compatible.
