Floats Great, Little Protection

It floats very well but the shade may as well not exist for all the "protection" it offers. It's very thin for starters and not wide enough to fully shade the baby well, if at all. If you're just looking for a good solid float, this is a good choice. However, if you want something with a good shade, I'd look elsewhere.

More for toddlers than babies

This is a great product. Our only dislike is that the seating area is a little big for our 17 lb, 8 month old granddaughter. It doesn’t keep her from leaning forward. I think it will be perfect for her next summer. We will keep it and use it next summer.

Great!

I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter. It's very stable & allows her to move freely in the water. The sun shade works well in conjunction with spf lotion. The strap is adjustable so will fit many ages/sizes. I used a small hand pump to inflate it and it's held air the entire season without needing re-inflated. I've seen other reviews showing torn or frayed fabric but I've not had that problem with it so far.

Would not buy again

I have had several floaties for kids and this one’s my least favorite. With no arm straps I feel as though my daughter is not secure. I don’t feel as though this is very safe. Have used it twice and I feel like my daughter could get out of it very easily. Which I have never felt with any other pool floats

Love it

This is our first floatie for our little one. We love it! There is sun protection, once you get the hang of how to adjust the shade, it’s easy. I appreciate the little cushion thing around the strap that the baby sits in, so it doesn’t roughly rub on babe. Our baby is about 16-17 pounds so we haven’t seen an issue of leaning too far forward (unless she’s trying to drink the water haha). Definitely would suggest this for your water enjoyment!

Sturdy and great for beginners

Love the shade and how sturdy it is. The upper body stays quite dry as there is a seat and not much bobbing up n down the waters. Tried it for my 11m girl. Not sure how it will be when she is older and more active, but for now, she remains calm and seems to enjoy the water with this. The toys are within reachable distance to her short arms, great float all in all.
