Not comfortable for me.

I ended up sending this back, as I just found it uncomfortable. It seemed well made and may work well for you. I didn't like the finger thing and just couldn't get used to the feel. If that's your thing, then this may work for you.

Good support

I wish the metal inserts were slightly bendable but it fits very well and gives the support I need.

Good brace, doesn’t add much hook, though.

I wouldn’t say this adds much hook. The same effect can be had by spreading the index finger away from the middle. But it is as good as any other brace I’ve tried to keep a stable and flat wrist. It works well for 3 finger, but if you are a no-thumb bowler, the palm strap on this brace gets in the way.

I love this thing

This is perfect for me. My wrist used to break as I was throwing the ball. And I thought I was behind the ball but I wasn't and this taught me to stay behind the ball and I went to a tournament and killed it.

A Good Fit

A bit different from what I have been using, but it is very comfortable and easy to put on.

Improved my game tremendously

Apparently I have a weak wrist (so I’ve been told) so hooking my ball was not easy until I started using my Xtra hook wrist support. I don’t bowl without it. After awhile it becomes a bit loose and worn so I’ve had to buy a new one every year or so.

300 in sight!!

Bowled a 300 first time using it... NOT! If you think this wrist support is gonna "give you extra hook" or "increase your average" you're looking at the wrong problem. Go back to the basics and keep practicing its definitely you doing something wrong in either your release or approach. That being said. Apparently I do not keep my wrist straight when I bowl and I got this and I bowled better. I would get the next size up then what you think it should be. I got medium because I wear medium gloves and it doesnt work like that. I should've got large. Its nicely made and I found myself not using the pointer finger gaurd with my 3rd game because it was uncomfortable for me. Overall it's a nice gaurd made well. I reccomend it

Just what my game needed!
