Highly recommend
These are very well made, attractive, and just the right weight for the job. They are nicely priced for such high quality. I recommend them to anyone who wants a patio that's both beautiful and functional.

Nice but priming & painting is required
I love the stands but they are made of cast iron, a material theat easily rusts, and the coat of paint must be very thin. I put them out for a party the day I got them and the next morning one of them had spots of rust when the sprinkler over sprayed onto it. You must primer with an oil based primer first, then paint with your color choice. I will see how they hold up once they are painted.

My second one!!!. States CLEARLY NOT FOR UMBRELLAS for all those who get mad when it's too light weight for that.
OK I DO NOT use with Tiki Torchs but they hold spare tent poles with lantern arms for LED lights perfectly. Have bought two now. I spray painted both with Rustoleums CLEAR MATTE spray paint because many reviewers claimed this style of pole holder rusts. The two I bought look well painted but to make sure I did two top coats on the upper side and three on the bottom. This paint dry's fast and I did it outdoors on the lawn and let dry between coats of paint. Looks just slighty shiner than it did to begin with despite paint being matte. Would do it again because it'll get used in the tent camping and outside tent both and this way I do not have to worry. about rust marks developing on my tent floor. It supports my Para adjustable tent poles which I use as lamp poles with two to 3 pig tail style arms each and hang light weight Camp lanterns and or Puzzle lamp shades with LED/USB powered light bulbs. I can hang the power bank on one arm using a small fabric basket/sling I made to hold the power bank while the other arm holds the hanging lamp or a USB/LED lantern with dimmer switch. I bought the tent poles for spares for a tent that's got fragile built in tent poles as in the day will come the tent poles will fail.. So now why not put the poles to use otherwise. BUY THE WAY it clearly states on the tag on the stand when it arrives NOT FOR UMBRELLAS. OK it does not say no tent poles:)))) I live my life coloring outside the lines and thinking outside the box. I may need a bit of a shim for the poles are approx. 3/4 inch diameter but to date haven't bothered with shimming. These are small enough I can actually put just one to two pole sections on it and set it on the picnic table middle or side to cast light over the table much like a table lamp. Love the poles and love the stand. I would consider using it with a sunbrella style camping/beach umbrela but probably is a bit light weight for a full market umbrella and a lot of negatives by folks who THOUGHT despite saying Not for umbrellas that it should too hold their Market or Yard umbrellas with or without a table center hole to help support it. NOT the fault of the seller or the item it's the fault of the folks who wanted it to work for which it was clearly not designed for...Spray paint it to prevent rusting if that's a concern you may have. I'm still happy with these stands and also use as a coat tree inside the tent using the pig tail like pole arms or lantern arms and sold on Amazon and Ebay alike. I bought from both and all pairs are a bit different sized but all work out for my needs. I cut out coated pack cloth to make a case for these to tote to campsite and keep from sliding about the back end of car or pickup. They don't exactly stack perfectly on top of each other but with a piece of fabric between them it seems to balance out much better. So I am a happy camper. Wishing you all a long and happy summer season of fun outdoors.

Will use for Paria Adjustable Tent Pole & two lantern arms while camping etc.
I got a good laugh at the do not use with umbrella. Many sites who are selling this reviews mention they use with umbrellas and most of those hate this. It's a wee bit small and light weight for a full sized umbrella. However I could see how some manage to make it work if they use a table with an umbrella hole. I don't intend to use with any style of umbrella so I can skip that warning LOL I picked up some CLEAR MATTE Rustoleum Spray paint this past week to use to cover this stand especially the underside. I've read lots of times where someone had rust develop. My husband thinks I'm a bit too nervous since he thinks it's painted very well. I tend to agree to a point. If others have complained with similar if not identical items a small bit of precaution seems warranted. I intend to use mainly inside a tent but now thinking about a second to use outside too. I carry Paria tent poles..a pair of them to have for back up poles if my favorite tents very fragile attached poles break. They will sooner or later break. The first tent they sent me had one inserted backwards and arrived busted. The replacement has yet to break. BUT I also fear using it because they are so fragile. But I love the tent. I also discovered only a year ago the wonderful LED/USB light bulbs with on off switches and that plug into power banks that charge phones. WE don't have a cell phone living in a dead zone means no tower service most of our area up here. I don't do tiki's torches either. But picked up two lantern arms and will pick up two more and I also picked up two other stick in the ground with nails umbrella pole holders to use with the paria poles too outside the tent of course. Those are proving to be quite the challenge as they will need inserts of PVC pipe or a wood rod that fits better and had been drilled out for the poles to slide down into. Basically a round shim of sorts. This tiki stand may need some extra support as the poles are smaller than many umbrella poles maybe up to about half. I enjoy outside the box DIY challenges so this will not be that big of a problem. I do recommend painting this stand..it is iron and it might rust or maybe not if you have it inside. I intend to use inside the tent and outside sometimes at home. If I have two I could set them up to two poles with a rod or rope between them to hang up a privacy wall inside the larger tents too. Overall. I'm happy with this item and for what I intend to use it for. Though not light weight it's a do-able size for car camping. Or oh yeah really glamping as they are calling it these days for when you go over board for the comforts.

Don't leave out in the Rain
I bought a total of 6 for my Tiki Brand torches for a party I am having this summer. Wanted to test it out and assembled one and used the base left it out over night and we had a light Rain and it is already rusting. luckily I am bright enough to know that I can fix this with spraying them with rust-oleum spray paint. But shouldn't have to for a brand new product, I could see it if they had been out all year, but one night and a light rain. I am just glad I left it in the grass and did not get rust on my deck!

Sturdy
Great for holding tiki torches you might want to move around. Only complaint is that two arrived broken, likely bc it was shipped in a loose plastic bag instead of a protective box. I glued the broken pieces back in place. Otherwise great price For what ya get

Beautiful
Beautiful and heavy, only issue we had is that after a few days, some rust started to appear. I had to clean and paint them.

Bolt Stripped
Product is good I ordered 4 but one of the cast iron stand threads are stripped, the bolt just goes in and out without screwing it in. I would like to replace it with a new one.
