Works great but not for long
This thing totally got rid of my tennis elbow for now, several weeks of providing support let my injury heal, only other option was rest therapy and surgery, injection is the best but can't have another and they are short term, if this is short term then fine do the process all over again. Problem is the Velcro does not stick, i wear this under a jacket at work cause its cold where i work in the cooler, moving has Velcro get bumped and there it goes, good part is its like a compression sleeve so that provides support, the straps will again not stay but with out them you can get good support, but not good enough the straps are needed, if you want this at the discount prices they have know go for it, curing not right word letting tennis elbow recover then go for this, think it was about 4 weeks till I went game over, elbow is good. When I had it on no pain at all does kind of limit motion some what but is expected basically having a cast on but good product need to fix the Velcro problem. Most football players have similar product on for elbow issues.

Bad Velcro
This is by far the best tennis elbow strap I have ever had. Except, the velcro that holds it attached is the very worst velcro I have ever had on anything. It held pretty good when it was new but now several months later, I can't keep the straps from loosening up. Pretty disappointed

18.5" upper arm, barely fits
Barely fits my arm BUT it's comfy once its on there and it helps my elbow feel so much better! Definitely worth the money.

Very sturdy, snug comfortable fit with excellent support!
I have been lifting for 30 years and have bought my share of support types of products - and these are sincerely the best pair (I bought two) I have ever bought / used. You can't go wrong with this product if looking for sturdy support while having a range of motion.

Great design, but the edges of the elbow mesh are very scratchy
I really wanted to love this compression sleeve. The design is smart, with a sheer stretch nylon sleeve that you slide onto your arm & adjust the position to align your elbow with a padded area. There are two wide wraps that secure with hook & loop - one adjusts below the elbow in one direction; the other adjusts above the elbow in the opposite direction. You can adjust the compression with both adjustable straps. At the tightest comfortable adjustments, I still had a substantial range of arm & elbow motion, and it definitely felt supportive at the tennis elbow area. Sounds like a great, easy to use item, but the edges of the elbow pad area are extremely scratchy on the skin and it borders on painful after hours of wear. I've flipped it inside out and ran my finger around the elbow patch edges... its either rough on the edges, nylon thread, or a combo of both that causes the pain. As a workaround, I turned it inside-out & applied paper medical tape known as micropore around the edges where the elbow patch is stitched to the sleeve. I flipped it rightside-out, and was able to sleep in it comfortably. But sliding your arm into and out of the sleeve causes the paper tape to peel a bit, not to mention you would probably want to take the tape off between wearings or at very least to launder it. The paper tape left no adhesive residue after overnight wear, but I don't know if leaving the tape on would cause it to transfer adhesive onto the sleeve. That's all a bit of work, not to mention the cost of paper tape, to make this compression sleeve usable. I will continue to look at other brands & options. Unless you plan to wear this over a thin, long sleeve, I can't recommend it.

Needs a redesign.
Helped with my Tennis elbow symptoms, quite pleased. The strap fastenings need a redesign as the velcro type material (it's not like normal hook and loop) doesn't grip well. You need to really press all over it to make it grip, even then it still pops open again. The ends of the straps protrude and catch it on your clothing, the upper strap closes on the inside of your upper arm and if you brush it against your torso as you will regularly do, it simply undoes itself so that you have to wear a long-sleeved garment to keep it in place, not great in summer. Update... The "Velcro" type straps no longer hold after less than two weeks but I still use it with a cheaper elasticated sleeve type support over the top to hold it in place, not ideal but it works. These guys really need to redesign the fastening straps, they spoil anotherwise good product. Update.. Now I just use the cheaper one and don't use this one at all, very.dissapointed.

great for broken elbow injury
Hello I fell over at a cafe and landed funny on my elbow and broke it in two places done my physio and that and left it to months before starting weight training again wile training and just on normal days before training I was still getting pain on my elbow and forearm witch became a problem for training as I didnt want to permanently damage my arm anymore so I bought a cheap surrport witch helped abit but still got pain when lifting heavy I recently lost that surrport so thought ide go for a more expensive one see if it was better and worth it and it is I tried this today and went heavy on sets and I dint feel a thing and no forearm pain its also well made I'm 6.2 and have no problem with my height and this surrport fit I also have 16inch biceps and this fits perfectly unlike a lot out there that are only designed for small built people

EXCELLENT support and comfort
Arrived early and I am amazed how well it works. I was wondering if it would fit as I am very small with a bicep of only 9.5 inches but it fitted perfectly ( a good wrap around ). It really is "fits all" !! Good support, I can now do my work without pain and it is very comfy to wear, personally I haven't found it itchy as some reviews and it keeps my elbow warm without being hot .A great buy and well worth paying the extra for. It is easy to fit with the other hand due to the design and it stays in place very well even when doing active work.EXCELLENT !!!

Relieves and aids elbow support marginally
This is very soft and works OK. I've a serious elbow golfers injury and I'm annoyed I can't lift heavy. With this I'm able to get some support and lift with push a some pull movements. It sticks onto fabric for a secure hold and elbow is exposed with air soft fabric which I've found a weakness as if you knock your elbow. It's gonna get hit. This really should be protected with a harder mould of support but with the design of bending your elbow, and probably not over loading in training, it's suitable. I guess my injury needs further rest!
