More powerful than you think

I ordered this yesterday, received it today, and just used it on my back deck. Our backyard has many many beech trees in it, which are constantly dropping leaf casings, flowers and beechnuts, and in the fall tons of leaves. I only wanted this for the deck because sweeping it daily was becoming a PITA. For the price of this, I figured if it didnt work well I wasnt taking too much of a loss. I was completely shocked when I turned this on and cleared the entire deck in less than 5 minutes! So, super fast shipping, excellent price, plenty of power, and still lightweight. This is an excellent deal!

Works well...and the bonus, it's at a good price!

The husband's leaf blower he'd had for years "bit the dust" last month. He didn't want to spend a lot of money, didn't need something powerful, just something that he could use to blow the leaves into a pile and then rake up and put in a trash bag. We spent a lot of time looking at other more expensive blowers that would also suck up the leaves but decided we didn't need that feature. Decided on this one. He is very pleased with how well it works and the fact that it does have two speeds. It's a bargain, not a lemon.

Good for townhouse life

Works great, solid performance. We get lots of leaves on our tiny lot, so plug in is fine. Perfect for the circumstances and excellent value for the money

A perfect blower!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new leaf blower. I was a little worried that it wouldn't have too great of a blowing power but I worried for nothing. It has amazing blowing power. It effortlessly blew all the wet leaves and debris off of our front steps and walkway. I don't know if you would want to use it on a big yard because of having to have it plugged in to a drop cord. But for a small yard as long as you have a long drop cord you won't have any problems. It was super easy to put together and is lightweight. I have a damaged right arm and can't pick up or hold a bag of sugar with it, but I had no problem holding this blower. I also like the blue color. This is a great little blower.

It is great it has power

There is not anything that I dislike about this leaf blower. It does the job that I wanted it to do. It was a great buy for the money that I payed for it I say WOW I really like it. I have not used it for the suction power yet but it is very powerful I'm sure it will do a good job also . It is very light weight also .

Pleasantly Surprised

Ok, if you're looking for a super high power leaf blower this isn't for you. BUT, if you're wanting to blow off your driveway, clean out your garage or light clean up around smaller areas this one is perfect. I've spent a fortune on gas or high-power electric blowers that were all cumbersome and, in some cases, heavy. I challenge anyone to find a better blower for this price point.

Unable to either remove the 5 star rating to 1 ?..... This piece of garden equipment is as much use as a chocolate teapot!, unable to use it no power cable and it’s a USA priduct so UK buyers are unable to purchase a power lead I wonder if the suppliers will respond to this review?

Shop around before ordering with Amazon

Good product. Impressed. But not impressed with Amazon and their prices and their shipping rates ! 33$ for blower. 11$ for shipping. 44$. Total. Home hardware 30$. On sale 20$ !!! There is No advantage shopping with Amazon.

Don’t buy the 155 MPH if you plan to dry vehicles after a car wash

I bought the 155 mph model hoping it would be big enough to dry my truck after washing it .Unfortunately it doesn’t have enough power and you have to move the blower along each body panel slowly in order to move any water from your newly washed vehicle . The 155 mph just doesn’t have the power ,I should’ve gone with my gut and bought the biggest blower sun joe has .ok for blowing debris and leafs from patio or small lawn but don’t buy the 155 mph to dry your car or truck

Las piezas de plástico llegaron reventadas (actualización)

Llegó en tiempo y la caja de veía intacta... Al abrir la sorpresa fue que los 2 adaptadores para la sopladora venían reventados y en pedazos en una bolsa... La primera impresión fue que se por mal manejo del paquete se rompió, sin embargo al ver las piezas y quererlas armar faltaban piezas, por lo que creemos que así lo enviaron de origen... El motor se siente ligero y es protente por lo que decidí comprar otro y comenzar el proceso de garantía y devolución del dinero. Actualización... Cómo siempr Amazon excelente en el proceso de devolución... Debido a eso me atreví a realizar de nuevo el pedido incluso antes de que me devolvieran el dinero. Llegó antes de lo indicado, en excelentes condiciones, y contrario a qué parece de juguete sopla de maravilla... Mi madre la usara para evitar la fatiga de barrer el patio y frente de la casa, ahora solo hace falta una extensión de al menos 20 metros para total libertad.

Update: Bag not covered under warranty as per Sun Joe Support. Not ergonomic. Bag not durable.

Update: The bag wore out in season one. Now, in season two, the vacuum feature is useless. Apparently the bag is not covered under warranty, and a replacement bag is not even in stock. Downgrading to one star, and I don't plan on buying a Sun Joe product again, because the bag wore out too soon and is not covered under warranty. The bad: I bought this after watching multiple YouTube videos for same model where they demostrate a bag with a shoulder strap. The one I received doesn't have the shoulder strap. This results in a couple of issues. The first issue is that the entire (significant) weight of the equipment is borne by my forearms, which really hurt after using the device in vacuum mode. As I suck in more leaves, it keeps getting heavier. Really disappointed by the design and lack of shoulder strap to bear the weight. The second issue is that the bag has started the tear after just three or four uses. It won't last another season. If I have to keep buying replacement bags it's going to prove pretty expensive! The mulcher doen't crush the leaves to small enough pieces to use as mulch. So I essentially have to collect and leave all of it curbside for green waste pickup by the city. The good: The device is pretty powerful and effective both as a vacuum and as a blower. The mulcher significantly reduces the volume of leaves.
