Design flaws and quality control issues
I bought the Greenworks 2300psi powerwasher based on various reviews. This would be my first time using this brand. Assembly was pretty much figure it out yourself because the diagrams and instructions were absolutely horrendous. Several different sized screws and no instruction on which size goes to what hole. I’m pretty good at figuring things out and you should be too. What really ticked me off was that my packet of screws was missing 1 of the 2 very important washers. The assembly could not be completed without this washer. So, in the car I go to Lowe’s for one single dang washer. I’m glad I brought the other one with me because of the hundreds of little washer drawers in that aisle, not a single one was the right size. I ended up having to buy a multi pack of 10 various sized washers just to get this taken care of. Greenworks basically lost any future purchases from me on this alone. I store this unit in my small storage closet when not in use. Right away I saw 2 serious design flaws. You cannot store this unit with the wheels flush against the wall because the wand handle sticks out too far when in the holster. Every inch matters when your storage closet is small like mine. So, I had to remove the wand from the holster to gain a few more inches of storage space. And speaking of the wand holster. What an absolute joke. Probably the lamest, with no thought put into this design holster at all. In a nutshell. It doesn’t work. The wand just falls out when rolling the machine through grass or sidewalk. One reviewer said he used velcro to make his work. Another reason to carefully research any future powerwasher purchase. Next, I finally got around to using this after having it a couple weeks. Initially I had problems with the motor coming on when I turned on the unit. Then, it would come on and and I would start powerwashing and it would cut off after maybe 15 seconds. The plug was fine and it was getting power so it was something to do with the machine itself. This happened a few times and I was already thinking that I was going to need to return this dud. Greenworks was quickly moving closer to the bottom of my list of brands to ever purchase again. Finally, the motor decided to cooperate and stay on after numerous tries and I was able to complete the job I set out to do in about 1 hour. One positive is the large power nozzle attachment. It worked wonders on the curb. This isn’t unique to Greenworks though as I noticed other brands also supply these in their nozzle attachments. Now that I have gotten past all the initial headaches I have had with my first Greenworks product, I was happy with the results. BTW, this unit is louder than the Sun Joe model I am replacing. It is advertised as quiet but I thought it was pretty loud. Now I will see if I have the same motor startup issues when I use it the next time in a few days. If I do, I will return it, update my review and go buy another brand. The photo attached is the slab of concrete I cleaned. I used an attachment (bought separately) that is a 15” large metal disc with castor wheels. It attaches to the wand and works very well with minimal effort. If you are doing large patios or driveways, I would highly recommend one of these. Don’t get the cheap plastic ones though. The heavier metal ones with wheels work better because they stay on the ground and don’t float like the lightweight plastic ones do.

Quiet (comparatively), easy to operate
Dislike writing reviews of products I have owned for only a short time. However, this pressure washer was purchased to replace an older Greenworks model I have owned and used for 8 years. So I have used this new one to pressure wash a composite deck of about 900 square feet and a small portion of the concrete pool decking. Works very well for what I have done so far. Very quiet compared to the older electric model this one is replacing. Also like the operation of how the motor shuts off when not actively pressure washing something and starts back up when resuming the pressure washing operation. I read some reviews that complained about this function but it only has a few second delay which actually is beneficial. It sort of provides a very brief period for you to make sure you are ready to resume pressure washing and not be daydreaming and accidentally cut your toes off or cut the tail off your dog. The delay on the pump motor start is not a negative factor to me. It is very brief and if you are one of those people it bothers because you need instant gratification of everything in your life you should not be pressure washing in the first place. It is a job that requires your full attention and takes time to be correctly accomplished. I chose this pressure washer over other brands because I have one that is 8 years old and still works. I can not tell you what model it is because everything written on it or stickers placed on it are so old and faded they are not legible. I used it every year for the 8 years and could still use it but was worried it was ready to finally stop working one day. Will keep the old one around for a while. The reason for a four star vs a five star review is due to only using it once so far and the fact it comes with a blue hose. Why not the green hose to match the color of the pressure washer? Come on Greenworks! A blue hose with your signature green colored products? Who made that fashion faux pas? I need to look like a professional handyman around the house when working outdoors where the neighbors can see me. I purchased a green hose on Amazon (Flexzilla Pressure Washer Hose with M22 Fittings, 1/4 in. x 50 ft., ZillaGreen - HFZPW3450M-E) to replace the gaudy blue hose and now when I pressure wash I look like I know a thing or two about pressure washing and fashion. Overall I expect this new Greenworks pressure washer to last at least 8 years like the older model has and maybe even longer if I take better care of it compared to how rough I treated the older one. I own several Greenworks products to include the 80 volt mower, an edger, grass trimmer and something else out in the garage that I am too lazy to go look to see what it is at this moment. I believe Greenworks makes quality products and that was a consideration taken into account when I was looking to purchase a new pressure washer. I will probably come back to this review and upgrade it to 5 stars next year after using this new one to pressure wash the sidewalk and driveway (which is a two day job) as I do every year. I want to put it through a summer of prolonged use before the final review but as it looks right now it will be upgraded to 5 stars unless something totally unexpected occurs. If you are considering the purchase of an electric pressure washer for home use I would recommend this one. Sufficient pressure for use on many things around the home and also has the ability to be used for things like cars, trucks, boats, etc. I would also recommend purchasing the Twinkle Star 15" Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner with 3 Wheels, Stainless Steel Housing & 1/4" Quick Connector, Power Washer Attachment with 2 Extension Wand, 2 Replacement Nozzles, 4000 PSI. It will make your large pressure washing jobs a breeze. You can almost take a nap while pressure washing flat surfaces when using the attachment. Best thing ever for surfaces like pavers so you don’t get splash-back into your face or all over your clothes.

Exciting, deceived….. Excellent manufacturer customer service department
I got this nice looking machine a few days ago. Just took it out of the box today and assembled it. Looks like the water block is not water tight. Surprisingly it has a sharpie mark (#1) at the point where it is leaking so that makes me wonder if it was a unit that didn’t pass the quality control and that’s why it was price reduced?. Not believing in Amazon for responding on these type of products, I decided to call the manufacturer service/warranty department myself. The manufacturer service department attended my call in less than 5 minutes and resolved the issue immediately. The warranty service department were really efficient and resolve the situation in less than 20 minutes. Thank you! I would definitely buy Greenworks tools products again.

First of all I am 73 year old woman, put it together was pretty easy, now to the Performance works like a big boy gas machine, I ran out of time , so l will post pictures later. You won't go wrong with this wonderful machine!

Love love love
We have had this for about a year now and we love it we are a military family who has to follow ridiculous clean out rules like hosing off the actual outside of the house and the garage and drive way and trash cans. Obviously we can't do all that with a regular hose and sprayer so we invested in this. And to say it exceeded our expectations is not enough. It did everything we needed and more we have no complaints and it's so worth it!
