"It's Ok" sums this up nicely.
I purchased this thinking I could use it to make a nice chai tea latte. What I quickly discovered is the following: 1. It is too small. This does not hold enough milk to fill a large sized mug. 2. It does warm the milk, but "warm" is the operative word here. My baby likes warm milk, I want hot milk. It doesn't get over 120 degrees. You cannot start it again to make it hotter. 3. It froths milk very well. 4. It is not very easy to clean. This warmer has a two-piece design, with the bottom and sides being distinct parts. The issue here is that the milk gets into the crevice at the bottom of the container and is nearly impossible to get out unless you use a brush of some sort. However, due to points 1 and 2, I returned this. In fact, I discovered that my Phillips Avent baby bottle warmer does a MUCH better job at heating up milk.

Not so great...
I would have to say after all of the positive reviews and the cost, I am disappointed in this product. Here are my reasons: 1. The milk seldom gets hot enough. I typically have to put my latte in the microwave for 25 seconds. 2. The first month, the froth was great. Now it is not consistent. Sometimes its really frothy and sometimes it flops and doesn't really set nice. 3. The milk will burn to the bottom of the frother and you have to use a brush to clean under the coils so as not to lift or break them. Kind of a pain. I have no other frother to relate my experience to. They could all have this problem for all I know. It just sucks to spend this amount and have it not work as you would hope.

Just what I was looking for
I've used this every morning since it arrived about 2 weeks ago. It works like a charm and I'm wondering why I didn't buy this a long time ago. I love coffee and every morning for years the first thing I do when I get up is make a big cup of my special latte. I buy nothing but the best coffee beans which I grind each morning. I've used an aerolatte battery operated frother for years which worked well at home because I heated the skim milk in the microwave before frothing it. However I go on a lot of cruises and always take my coffee-making stuff. I love sitting on the balcony drinking my special coffee every morning, but the milk is never warm enough and never froths as well as it does at home. It has been real hassle on the cruise ships trying to figure out a way to get the milk warm. Don't want to get dressed to go get some nor does ordering it from room service work well. I was looking for a way to heat milk when I discovered this during one of my searches. So I decided to give it a try. So far it's been one of the best purchases I've ever made. I turn the Frother on just as I'm starting to add the water to the Aeropress to make the espresso. By the time I'm done, the frother is too. I put the hot foamed milk into a large cup, add the espresso, top it with more foam and sprinkle it with a little raw sugar. Before I take this wonderful drink to the library to enjoy while reading the morning paper, I pour the rest of the water I heated for the coffee into the Frother and let it soak while I'm enjoying my coffee. So far the little pot does everything it promised. It only makes enough for 1 large latte, but since I'm the only coffee drinker, it is perfect for me. There is always a little brown burned residue on the bottom, but it's a snap to clean with a damp paper towel. It's light weight so it isn't going to be a problem taking it with me on cruises. We'll be on several long ones in the near future (over 40 days each) and I'm looking forward to using it there. It will be so nice to have a nice hot latte on the balcony. I also have a Bodum mini cordless water kettle that has an automatic shutoff so it's allowed by the the cruise lines. That and now the frother go into my coffee travel bag that also holds coffee, the aeropress, grinder, and a mug which goes with me on all cruises. Since I've only had the Frother for 2 weeks only time will tell if it holds up for any length of time with daily use and travels. If it doesn't I'll report back. UPDATE - September 17, 2012 - Have used this everyday since it arrived. The little scorched spot I referred to early is not so little anymore. It is now a large scorched area covering almost 1/2 the bottom of the pot. When it finished frothing this a.m. I used an instant-on food thermometer and it was 208 degrees which is a whole lot hotter than the 150 degrees it supposed to heat the milk to. Apparently it's defective so now I have to investigate how to get it replaced. May be a problem since I no longer have the original packing which is required for a return. If it didn't appear that it was getting worse, I'd be OK with it since I really do like the frothed mild and it has made making morning lattes so much easier. Darn. UPDATE: October12, 2012- Am continuing to use this every day. The burn spot that appears after every use has not grown in size. I still get great frothed milk each time. Have my fingers crossed that what has happened is "normal" and won't get any worse. UPDATE: June 14, 2014 - It died June 12. It had a good (but far too short) life but the latter part wasn't always pretty. The coffee burning got worse so I learned to time it and shut it off before it reached that point. Rather a nuisance but the froth was still nice. It was a beast to clean. Toward the end it started making all kinds of noises which got worse until it's final death rattle on June 12. This pot frothed the milk beautifully but the negatives outgrew the positives so I decided to buy a different one to replace. I've had the new one 3 weeks and so far it is a much better appliance since it doesn't scorch the milk, is easy to clean and I don't have to use a timer! Hopefully it will last longer than 22 months. This one didn't last two years.

It was an ok Frother, except for the burnt milk on the bottom and the customer service and it quit working!
I ordered this frother based on prior reviews. The frother works great, although I did encounter a problem from the start with a layer of milk burning on the bottom inside the container. This happened the very first time I used it and has happened every time since. I use skim milk only, and clean the container very well after each use, making sure there is no residue on the bottom and the "frothing" mechanism is clean. I decided to email the company's customer service department. The first response I got was: "Do you clean the frother in between each use? if not try that this should solve your problem". Well, the burnt milk residue was there from the very first time I used it fresh out of the box, so I doubt that was the cause of the problem. I again made sure it was thorougly clean after each use, and the bottom still has a burnt milk residue on it every time. I emailed customer service back and confirmed that yes, it was clean, that I was only using skim milk, etc. The second response I received was: "The only thing that would make it burn would be if the unit isn't cleaned properly. Please scrub the bottom." So, I now start the frother up, but stop it before it shuts off on its own, and usually I can catch it before the bottom gets the burnt layer of milk. It's a pain, and also a pain to wash if I don't catch it in time. However, the froth that is made is ALMOST worth the hassle. Hopefully you won't have to deal with customer service like I did, because that left a bad taste in my mouth (although that could have been from burnt milk!!) Update, frother quit working completely this morning, do not buy this piece of junk!!! Only a few months old and worthless.

Bueno

Realmente estoy dispuesto a comprar otro. Hay alguno que inclusive no llegan a calentar la leche rapido o la espuma es escasa en compracion con la crema. Si sigues las intrucciones, te sorprenderas como Yo al espumar en ella por primera vez
