Saved my blistered arch for my marathon
A must for marathon runners. I would tape up the bandage if you plan on running far with it, as the adhesion is just ok. But it healed my giant blister in a few days enough to be able to keep training (it was too painful to even walk on initially).

A really good design and great adhesion
This is ideal for scrapes than have pulled off the top layer of skin or scabs you are trying to heal. The difference isn't rocket science, it's that the adhesive is only on the outer 1/4" or so of the large bandage, but it sticks great, even in the shower, so when you pull it off it doesn't pull on the wound at all. It's also very flexible so contours to the body very well. I am using it on my foot near a toe and I can easily place part of the bandage on the toe itself without the wrinkling you get with band-aids when you move the toe around.

The Band-Aid product is better
I bought these to protect some blisters on my heels. I had previously used the Band-Aid brand bandages of the same size and shape.Band-Aid Brand Adhesive Bandages, Advanced Healing Blister Cushions, Multi-Day Protection, 6-Count Box I bought the Spenco brand because they cost less and I've been happy with Spenco products in the past. After three uses, I'm going back to the Band-Aid brand. The Spenco Blister Pads just don't stay stuck. The adhesive isn't as agressive and the plastic backing isn't as compliant as on the Band-Aid brand product. This inability to stretch to conform leaves it wrinkled along the edges if you apply it to a surface that is curved in more than one dimension. In other words, it could be applied without wrinkling to a cylinder shape like your forearm, but not on a ellipsoid shape like your heel. I've replaced the Spenco bandage on my left heel three times while the Band-Aid bandage on my right heel is still in place. Just to make sure this is a fair review, the last time I replaced the Spenco bandage I cleaned the application area with 91% isopropyl alcohol. It still stayed stuck for only one 6 mile hike. It looks like you get what you pay for.

Expensive but necessary
I train every day at the gym, and part of that is 90 minutes of intensive cardio. These have saved my life on days when I’ve caught a blister. But they usually only last me a day or two, versus the 5 days they say they can last. That being said the value for your money isn’t that great. But they do work!

A wrap for your blisters that doesn't go away 'till you want
Re-starting a hobby of hiking along with weightlifting to climb the 3% grades that form what we in Houston call a "hill", I had problems with a blister on my heel and also on my toe. These were awesome. Put them on carefully, leave them on for several days and the blister either healed or popped and healed while being cushioned. Unfortunately the flexibility of the bandage that makes them conform so nicely also makes them somewhat challenging to put on, and the tiny tab you can hold them by isn't so easy for my size 3XL guy hand's fingers to manipulate, so I went through several before getting the knack down, and they are a tad pricey. If they were easier to handle, they'd get 5 stars.

The best I've found
I get blisters constantly and the 2nd skin blister pads are the best that I've found, they stay on the longest of any I've tried, usually 2 - 3 days, well short of the 5 days it claims on the box, but still better than any other blister pad I've found. Also these are thicker than most of the blister pads I've tried so they are more comfortable while the blister is healing. The biggest downfall I've found with this product is it only comes in one size which is rather large so you can't use them on places like your toes.

These stick like glue
Remains in place regardless of terrain being traversed which, in my case, was rough and tough in a hot and humid climate.

You will not receive this product: new version blister kit does not contain self contained blister pads
Firstly I did not receive this item as described here. I received the new item Spenco blister kit: comment from supplier below:'The product has been recently changed by the manufacturer. The UPC number of both the old and the new item is the same if you need to verify,. We apologies but we currently only carry the new item that is being manufactured'. Why has the picture/description not been removed?. You actually receive the Spenco blister kit: which is a totally different product. I had already purchased the Spenco blister kit from another source, so now I have two.Spenco Second Skin Blister Kit - Natural . No offer of a refund from supplier for misinformation as new product is different in every aspect. in my view. As it does not contain any self-contained adhesive pads. if you wish to buy pads then Compeed kits are probably you best answer.Compeed Underfoot Blister Plaster - Transparent, 5 Pack

These are awesome!
These aided me so greatly when I had some severe blisters on my heels and feet from breaking in new boots. I had zero discomfort from my many large and ugly blisters until they were healed which I believe happened quicker than if I used a regular bandaid. Also helped aid in little scarring after.

Falls off pretty easy
Falls off pretty easy... I put it on, then my socks, and when I put my shoe on I could feel that it came loose
