Great at first, but....

I hurt my knee pretty badly a few months ago, and, being a man, I have avoided seeing a Doctor at all costs. A knee brace did not help at all...in fact, it felt like it made it worse. I decided to try wrapping up the leg a few inches below the knee, and I used this WellWear reversible tape for the task. Voila!! It helped a lot. The bandage stuck very nicely, and did not adhere to my leg hair, which was a huge plus. The selling point here is that it is reusable, though, and I have not found that to be the case. The bandage was applied when I woke up, generally around 5 AM. It adhered all day, I unwrapped my leg to take a shower, usually around 9 or 10 at night, and it was a little harder to get it to stay put, but it did eventually. And then it would fall off at some point during the night, and that would be the end of it. I tried washing two of the pieces that I had cut, and they were just useless. They would adhere very loosely, and did not supply any support, since they could not be stretched at all without falling off. So I've been averaging about 16-20 inches worth of bandage per day, which, for the price, is not necessarily a bad thing, but I probably need to be doing this long-term, and it doesn't make financial sense to keep buying this bandage every few weeks. As something to keep around the house just-in-case, this is a home run. For repeated use, I would seek out something different.

I haven't officially needed them yet, (thank goodness) but the test it out!

Thankfully we have not officially needed this as of yet. I did test it out and it works really well. It does have some stretch to it so you can make it as tight as you need to add the compression factor. It can also be used to simply hold on calls are larger bandage. It does stick on both sides and it sticks together pretty well. Package comes with three rolls of 3in bandages. You could easily keep one in your first aid box and it would be super handy. overall I think these are great to have on hand and I'm not looking forward to using them but I have children and a husband so I'm sure I'll get a chance.

The Self-Adhering part works very well

In a house with more than one runner, there are bound to be sore parts from time to time. This bandage has come in handy so far for treating minor aches, but the thing that stuck out to me was that the self-adhering part seems to work exactly as advertised. I like the way that you cut off what size you need, apply and go. I haven't had the chance to use it in water, but it seems to me like it would hold up just as well in water as on land. And it's worth a plug from a harrier person - so far I am able to confirm that it doesn't stick to hair. A HUGE plus. This is an easy choice for tossing in a first-aid kit.
