Tight on the Fingers

Great product, just when brand new it was tight on my fingers (me with bigger hands) and a bit too large for me. I ended up returning it with ease for a full refund. Buy it, check it out and if you don’t like it, just return it.

Can’t choose size

I can’t choose size when ordering it, later the one I received is size large. Too large for me(adult women)

Sorry I didn’t buy at beginning of summer

When I first got these I had my doubts if I’d like them. Decided to give them a try as I was looking for aquatic aids to help a rotator cuff injury. After using them, I’m really enjoying the low impact workout. It takes a while to get the adjustable straps in a perfect position but I think they’ll be my go-to swim toys. They are on the small side so I’m glad I bought the large set.

Improves speed in pool

Bought these about a month ago. Have used them a couple times a week (6-8 times) since purchase. Definitely shave off time in the pool. I'm noticing 7-8 minute drop in my 1,000 yd time. The only issue I have is getting a proper adjustment on the rubber tube straps. I prefer to have them a little looser so they don't feel like they're cutting off circulation around my middle fingers and wrists. I do like them, though. Time will tell how they hold up with swimming twice a week year round.

Fantastic Product

i love these and won't get in the ocean without them. I'm an amateur swimmer and these (along with diving fins) give me the extra confidence to handle the sea and make it more enjoyable by allowing to get where I'm going faster (and get out faster if I need to). I've also tried the flat paddles by another brand and I certainly prefer these cupped ones for comfort and efficiency.

Can't wait to use them...

Still have not used them yet, but have sized them to me hands. Very comfortable, and contour to the palm. I own the medium sized Speedo Contour paddle, the last generation, and they are great. Provide perfect hand position and I get a pretty good work out through the pull phase of my stroke. These Nemesis Paddles I bought are the large size so they will move more water and definitely work my arms even more. Plus the new featured 'tubercles' should add to the resistance during my stroke. They shipped well...in perfect condition. Durable construction, they will last for years. I swim at least twice a week and I am still using the earlier generation Contours that I bought three years ago. I can't wait to hit the pool with these...long story,short...suffered an injury while waiting for them to arrive.

They are exactly what I expected for a reasonable price.

They are exactly what I expected for a reasonable price. I use these to help train for strength and technique. At this point I have been swimming for 10 weeks, these paddles help strengthen my shoulders and pushed me into proper catch position as well as the pull. They emphasize your errors
