Favorite trowel

I bought this to replace my existing trowel, that was wearing out after 20 years. This was the only one that I could find that was identical in style.

not as in picture

the item arrived was not the item I was hoping for, although I shall not be returning these trowels, they are ordinary transplanting trowels, not a patch on the ones in the picture, which are in a different league. I did however order 4 of these trowels from amazon at the same time, and they obviously were sent from two different centres, as the second two were as in the picture, so now I have two of each, these are very good value for money I might add.

Lovely tool

This is just the tool you need to plant daffodil and tulip bulbs in the autumn/winter. The right shape, it is stout and high-quality, and would be useful for transplanting small plants as well. I bought one as a present for my mother to replace the old tablespoon that I caught her planting her bulbs with, and she is delighted. I am considering buying one for myself...
